Well Done Titleist ! Ordered TSi2 Fairway and 5-GW T300 irons, on Jan 2, the FW arrived in 7 days, and the T300 irons arrived on Sunday Jan 16. They even expedited the shipping. Thank you for the great Service.
  2. Bruce,

I was wondering what shafts you had in your irons. I placed my order for T300 irons with Nippon 950 GH shafts on November 17.

    Thanks

    Perry
  3. I ordered a set of T100 with project X LS shafts in August. From golf Galaxy.I was told at the beginning of November that the shafts were on back order and would be in the last week of December. Once the shafts were in they would have to pass inspection then be built. Estimated ship date is January 24th. I was as wondering if anyone had any information on if they got them in? Also I have noticed that the LS shafts are no longer an option. Is there a reason for that?

Do you mean LS or LZ? I ordered T200 with project X LZ 6.0 in August. Makes me a little hopeful based on your information, but last I was told in November, the wait wasn’t the shaft but the heads on my order.
  5. Yeah I meant the LS. I think they are a relatively newer shaft. They are the project x low spin shafts. Hoping there isn’t an issue with them.
  6. Just want to echo some delivery timings here from my experience. I went down to the Oceanside TPI location to get fitted back on August 27. Had a great experience there, highly recommend. Came away with 10 clubs ordered, 4i-LW. The breakdown was as follows:

    4i: U-505 w/ Tensei White 100 Hybrid shaft
    5i: T200 (2021) w/ Project X 6.5
    6-9i T100 (2021) w/ Project X 6.5
    P-LW Vokey SM8 w/ Project X 6.5

Was told 6-8 weeks. Received the wedges the last week of October. The 4i week of thanksgiving. Since then every 2 weeks I am told the PO for the Project X 6.5s got pushed another 2 weeks because the shipment never showed up on the previous date I was told. The latest is Feb 2 when the Jan 18 date came and went without a shipment from TrueTemper to Titleist. So now I am looking at 6mo at the earliest for a delivery date while friends ordering from local shops back in December are getting their clubs this week even with Project X shafts.

To say I am frustrated that I spent $2k and have received only half of what I ordered over 6mo ago is an understatement. The lack of transparency is annoying as I have to make the calls a few days after the last quoted date to check if the shafts even showed up. So far I have received a single box of ProV1xs for my patience, though I asked for more than 1 rather than it being offered to me proactively.

I understand the logjam and supply chain issues, but I don't understand how a manufacturer like Titleist is having inventory issues of a shaft that local places have supply of and I could go online and buy myself as I type this.

Anyway, just wanted to share to add to the convo as well provide more realistic timing for anyone recently purchasing and wanting a better idea of expectations
  7. Just got an email today. Saying delivery date is pushed back yet again till April now. I canceled my order. I understand things being delayed because of the whole pandemic thing, but having to wait 9 months is a little ridiculous! I ended up ordering the shafts from golfworks. They had them in stock and will be delivered in one day. Bought a set of stock T100 off the shelf from a local golf shop and having the shafts switched out. I don’t understand how something could be on back order for titleist but other places have them just sitting on the shelf.

My current situation and what I was told by my Titleist rep yesterday:

    Ordered mid Oct
    T100s 8-GW PX 6.0 extended 3/4 inch
T200s 4-7 same shaft as above.

I was told 8-10 weeks so expected around Christmas. The T100s came in after 6 weeks! Great surprise and they're indeed awesome!

T200 heads were the hold up and was told they expected shipment of heads first week of January. That shipment didn't arrive until yesterday 1/18. Of course, now they're waiting on my shafts which they're expecting to deliver 1/27. If all this works out I should expect my clubs early - mid Feb. (4 months)

Something he said that I was unaware of - due to my extended shafts, Titleist makes those heads a tiny bit lighter in weight than the stock head due to the shaft. This is apart of the hold up he claims. He says my heads are set aside and waiting on shafts so I sure am hoping he's right.

I will update when they arrive!
  9. You are lucky - I have the exact same order of T100s irons/shafts from September 9 and still have nothing
  10. Bruce,

I was wondering what shafts you had in your irons. I placed my order for T300 irons with Nippon 950 GH shafts on November 17 and i have heard they are delayed until the middle of February.

    Thanks

  11. Somehow, throughout over a year of professional fittings, I now will officially have a full Titleist bag for 2022. I was just fit into T200 with AMT Tour White S300 shafts. Up front was told 8 week lead time. I built the clubs online on Titleist website and it said additional 4 weeks with those shafts. I get a call from the fitter and he said when he placed the order Titleist told him 4 weeks. Any truth to this? Anyone from Titleist have a better expectation? I don’t want to practice (indoors as I’m in upstate NY and we have 14 inches of snow on the ground) with my current miz irons as I would rather start right off with the new T200’s. Any input would be great!

  13. Not sure what to expect. Ordered T100 with Project X 6.5 on 7th oct. and still nothing.
  14. Update:

Was told last week that there was a Feb 7 build date listed for my order, but it corresponded with a Feb 7 scheduled delivery date for Feb 7 as well for the shafts. So I called on the 8th to check on the status, was told the shafts didnt show, new date is Feb 23. More of the same, another two weeks every 2 weeks.

however....got an email last night that there was an update to my order and the 5-9i are shipped and will be delivered today.

Wild that 48 hours after I was told the shafts were still not there, the clubs ship.
  15. What irons and shafts do you have on order?
  16. Okay I've been monitoring these forums for a few months now and now I need to chime in.

Got custom fit through a retailer for T200 irons (KBS tour shaft) back at the beginning of August. I was initially told 4-6 weeks (LOL). Over the past few months I have gone through numerous calls and checks with the biggest issue being KBS. Additionally, I was told last month that the 4 iron would be delayed because they don't have the heads in stock. So I said screw it, get me the 5-GW and I will wait for the 4. About 4 weeks ago I was finally told my clubs were in production and I would have them in 2-3 weeks.

Well, this is the start of the 5th week and still no clubs. I called my retailer for an update and of course Titleist didn't actually have the shafts in stock that they said they did! I was told I could keep waiting for KBS or switch to a Project X LZ which apparently they do have in stock. So I decided to make the switch because KBS is such a *** show right now.

Really what I want to say is that while I know about the supply chain I am really upset with Titleist's customer service through these (almost) 6 months. There have been ZERO updates from Titleist's end so any time I want to know about my order I have to go through my retailer which I know isn't abnormal but at least toss me an update when you tell me you have my shaft in stock then it turns out you really don't. And come on, throw in a box of ProV1's since I've been waiting so damn long.

If you ordered any clubs with KBS shafts in last 1-3 months I would really consider switching.

I really hope Team Titleist actually reads these...

Sorry to hear about your order. I too ordered T200s back in August, but with the Project LZ shaft. In my case, I was told the wait was on the heads and not the shafts. So if yours is shafts, but mine in the heads, which is it? Both? Neither? Bit of a rhetorical question.

I ordered from my local club, I reached out to the pro this morning asking for an update since last I was told they should be in "mid-January". Mind you, this was after the initial order being told "everything is showing in stock, you'll have them in 2 weeks", to "mid-September", then "late October", then "around Thanksgiving", and finally January.

It's coming up on 6 months. I said if the date slips again, just cancel my order. I hate it, but I can get by with my 718 AP1s until the next release. Maybe by then Titleist will get their logistics problems sorted.

I'm right there with you. Zero help from Titleist is frustrating for such expensive clubs! I'm in the same boat as you - I have to call my local golf shop and one of their workers gets on the phone (and they tell me it's usually 30 mins to an hour waiting on hold) just for Titleist to tell them something didn't arrive in time and it'll be another 2-3 weeks. Rinse, Repeat. I've always thought of Titleist as being a cut above the rest but I'm not sure so sure that's the case when it comes to customer service. I'd love it if they sent me some balls, but I'll need the clubs first to hit them!

"There have been ZERO updates from Titleist's end"

That is my biggest issue with Titleist. "Zero updates"

Someone called me Titleist hater when I mentioned customer service issues.

If I were hater, I won't spent 2K for their clubs; I don't have any problem with products.

But, Titleist needs to have better communication channel with customers.

I am still waiting for a last Vokey wedge. It should be delivered by end of January 2022. Fingers crossed.

Are you in the UK by any chance? KBS shortages have a mess here as well.
  21. No, US here. I had another conversation with my retailer and he mentioned Titleist was getting a shipment of KBS on Feb 2 but we both acknowledged this is like the third time we have been given a date with no clubs to show for it. He is going to call on the 3rd or 4th to check if they actually did get the shafts in.
  22. I, too, have been on LOOONG road to new clubs. I scheduled a fitting with a Titleist fitter out at my Club back on April 8th (2021) - ordered a newTSI3 driver and hybrid as well as T100S 3-PW. The Titleist Rep checked all the components while I was there and said should have everything within 6-8 weeks.

I received the driver and hybrid within a few weeks, but waited until September before I finally just cancelled the order when Customer Service said they still couldn’t tell me when the irons would be ready and they were introducing the new version.

I then placed a new order for the new T100S 4-PW (DG AMT Tour White - partly because they would be “easy” to get) and a 48* Vokey custom. I understand that put me back in line, but I received the Vokey within about 3 weeks, and am back waiting on the irons with a promise date that continues to get pushed back - nearly 10 months in total now…

Interesting they tell you that it was the shafts, in my case it was the heads. I am getting the Project X LZ shafts and was fit for those.

I did finally get some good news, but I'm not going to hold my breath since every other date has been missed. Allegedly, Titleist got the heads yesterday for my build and our pro said should be 7-10 days from there. We'll see.
  24. I ordered the new T100S irons from my club on October 1st through a fitting with a Titleist rep. Nothing special about my order - I got 4-PW and got project X 6.5 shafts with an extra .25". Beyond that, everything was standard from loft & lie perspective. I was told initially 6-8 weeks, which would've put me around Thanksgiving. I figured it would be past Thanksgiving due to the holidays and supply chain issues.

I just asked our club for an update (it has now been 16+ weeks). I was told that the heads and shafts are delayed and they're not expecting to get them until March, which means they would ship in late March. That would put my order at 6 full months from start to finish. Assuming they even come in by then.

I get on the Titleist website and it says the lead time for custom orders on the T100S irons is currently 8 weeks. How is this possible? Also, how is it possible that the shafts are delayed when I can get on GolfWorks website and order the shafts right now?

Rewind to April 2021, I placed an order for the same irons and was told the same 6-8 weeks and cancelled that order after I waited 14 weeks. I didn't want to put new irons in the bag in the middle of the summer, plus I knew that Titleist was introducing the new line... But this is now 2 times in 9 months that I've been given the run around. I have never been one to make a fuss and whine about things, but this is beginning to get out of control. There needs to be a stoppage of overpromising and under delivering.
  25. I have nearly an identical order to yours except I placed the order September 9 — I’ve been told 4x something different (we have the heads, but waiting on the shafts —- we have the shafts, but waiting on the heads— and so on). One lie after the next. The fact that they keep selling on their site with false lead times is ridiculous. Mismanagement of the company/situation from top to bottom. The people on this site are their loyalist customers and they are about ready to jump ship — I imagine the casual customer has already moved on.

Can anyone speak to the Scotty production time? I ordered a Special Select Squareback 2 this week. The only “custom” aspect was a 32-inch shaft, but the Golf Galaxy rep I worked with didn’t seem to have a clue.

I’m ok waiting but wanted to mentally prepare myself if it would be several months.
  27. Same story here....T100/T100S combo set and new wedges Project X 6.0 shafts....std L,L,L, ordered Sept 30th...quoted mid Nov for wedges, 1st week of Dec for Irons. Wedges arrived mid Dec just before SM9 wedges were announced and no Irons.....was told heads is the issue delivery mid Jan...now

"I checked with Titleist and unfortunately they said deliveries of heads keep getting delayed from their supplier and right now they're quoting mid-late February for your order to ship."

Not holding my breath that is for sure.....can't play right now with cold/snow but was hoping to dial them in on the sim during the winter to hit the ground running.
  28. I am so annoyed with KBS.

I appreciate that the pandemic has caused shortages.

However, how can they keep giving dates of when they will deliver shafts and then that date comes and it they then say it will be another 5 weeks. Surely they must know what they can deliver and when.

Hence my T200s due at the end of Oct, then Dec, then Jan, then Feb have not been made.

The KBS shafts were due in today and never arrived. New date for the shafts is Mon 7th March.

Okay, it is still winter here in the UK, so IF the shafts do arrive on the 7th, then I will have them before the weather picks up - 6 and 1/2 month wait rather than 5-6 weeks as quoted.

I ordered a set of T-300 irons in September 2020...still waiting for delivery on Feb. 2
  32. Ordered a TSi3 driver on Dec4 thru a local shop that isn't an official dealer because he's been the one doing my refits since i starting playing again last summer... He still hasn't heard a peep from Titleist 9 weeks later...

For those of you waiting on clubs to ship, I highly encourage you email Titleist customer service for updates on shipping. I received my irons 3 weeks ago and my "Order Status" on Titleist.com still shows that they haven't shipped at all. The customer service doesn't reply very fast but they will eventually get back to you and give you fairly reliable estimates on club components and ship dates.
  34. My experience is that Titleist Customer Service will not talk to me about my order since I ordered it through my club during a Titleist Fitting Day. Titleist tell me they will only communicate with my club pro, not me. Titleist latest status communicated to my pro is "expected delivery on February". Today is Feb 8, still no clubs. I ordered on September 15, 2021 .... T200 irons with Mitsubishi Tensei Red AM2 shafts and two SM8 wedges ... 21 weeks tomorrow.
  35. Well guys after pre-ordering my T200’s with KBS shafts on July 29th I finally received them today. It was a long frustrating wait and it was a huge relief when I received the call this morning that they were in, unfortunately now I have to wait until spring to play with them. Lol
Obviously there must be KBS shafts out there so I really hope for all of you waiting your clubs will show up soon.
