I was fitted on August 21st for TSi2 driver, TSi3 3 wood, hybrid and T100S irons. Miraculously I received my driver on Sept 1st but still waiting on the rest!
  5. Things might be getting better! I ordered two custom Vokey wedges through Golf Galaxy on August 19th, at which time I was given an estimated delivery date of September 21st. I was nervous about when I'd really see the clubs, but just received both clubs on September 18th, a few days earlier than expected.
  6. I ordered a set of T-200 irons and a tour Titleist golf bag in March from my Country Club hoping to have them for summer. September no clubs or bag. Wish they would wait and send me the 2022 model now.
  7. Ordered my T100 thru Golf Mart San Diego and delivery was supposed to be today. I just heard from Golf Mart that Project X shafts wont be in till October. Anyone from Titleist answer these questions??

Ordered T100s 5-P end of July. When I went to check status with my coach last week they told him that the shafts will not be in until late September. If you ordered something today from this website, it tells you 9 weeks for my head/shaft combination. That's a long time. I understand the quality control but just frustrating.

I am doing the TT fitting on the 28th for wedges and feel that I wont see them until after Christmas.

Is what it is but hard to sit and wait.
  9. I ordered my Titleist T-200 irons and Tour Golf Bag in March at the Country Club I am a member at. Was told by rep. I would see them the end of May on Last update. This is ridiculous. I paid for the clubs and bag in advance for my order. Heck, I don't want my $ back. I want my clubs, but might as well send me the 2022 model ....I was hoping to use them this pass summer.

I ordered the T-100s back in June through my club. Titleist transitioned the orders to the new model two weeks later. I was initially supposed to receive them on August 25th, the launch date. After August 25th came and went my pro inquired and was told the Project X LZ 6.0 were back ordered until September 9th. When that date also passed we inquired again and were informed it was now September 29th that Titleist would receive the shafts. I guess what I don't understand (as a logistics guy) is that Titleist must order thousands of shafts at a time from True Temper. I would think that they would insist on being made aware of where, in-process, their shaft orders stand. If that is the case, why isn't the customer (me) informed that his iron order will be delayed until after the delivery date instead of with a "the shafts didn't come in" response.

Because there are thousands of people and they would spend their entire day on the phone.

Did you look up your order online?

Just a quick update. The "stock" Project X shafts are now scheduled to be received by Titleist from True Temper on October 6. Two weeks ago it was September 29. My T-100 order was placed in June.

yo. I ordered a TSI 3 in 9* with the AV Raw White TX 2.0 shaft on sept 12

It arrived this morning, 6 days later. I couldn't believe it when I saw the box.

I was perusing all these order estimate forums, and was bummed out that most people ask questions, but few people come back to update with their times because why would they.

I dont know if I should have even shared my experience kuz I think its quite unusual and I feel bad for giving people hope lol, but I told myself I would update the thread. Maybe its more common than the threads would imply since only people with long wait times come here.

The main issue right now is irons shafts not being in stock and its all OEMs not just Titleist. TM is telling people Nov on all iron orders right now.

Yeah I think Titleist is doing a better job on the woods since they released almost a year ago. From all the threads I have read the irons are the sticking point.

Update on my order: Fitted for T200 irons on August 21, 2021. I was fitted at Club Champion, so I just needed the heads from Titleist. I was told 4-6 weeks. The heads were delivered to Club Champion's shop on September 15, 2021 for assembly. The shafts I ordered (LA Golf Tour AXS Red) and grips (Lamkin Sonar Wrap Calibrate) were both in stock, so no delays there. I'm told I should expect to pick them up at my local Club Champion in Virginia Beach (they assemble them in Chicago) the week of October 4, 2021. that's week 7, so pretty spot on. I was lucky that my shafts and grips were in stock. I told Club Champion that if there is a holdup because grips were back ordered, just push the order through and I'd go with different grips that are in stock.

I ordered the new T100s irons on July 27th, got them about 2 weeks ago. Sad seeing all the back orders, and long delivery times. They are great irons, hopefully things catch up. I heard DG300s were really backed up.
  18. So I might have most of you beat. I ordered a full set after a fitting on July 3rd at TPI. The driver and wedges came pretty fast, but the delay of my T200's is keeping me up at night. LOL Everything is delayed nowadays so I will chalk it up to supply chain issues worldwide.
  19. I ordered T100s's on August 30th. Hearing about the delays made me come to grips with the impending reality that my new clubs will not see the course this season. That's fine, a few more romps with my 714 AP2s to let them down easy like a high school breakup. Well today, I got an e-mail basically apologizing for lead times and saying that I would receive a towel in the coming weeks. It was a major dagger to the morale because although I tried my best to just forget that I ever ordered them, this is a painful reminder that my suspicions about not getting them for longggggggg time are correct. That being said, I got mine with PX chrome 6.0s and I haven't heard either way about backorders on that shaft, so maybe no news is good news? I don't know...
  20. T300, 3 Volks, and a U505...ordered Aug 19...then basically no info. Club points to fitter, fitter points to club, titleist says call club.....

Nothing happened until I started call all of them. TItleist said my shafts were available if I ordered today....but order was put in 4-5 weeks ago.

Told the club this...all the sudden I got an e-mail saying "order in process".

Excited for new clubs, but this has made me a little less pro TItleist to be honest.

  21. Follow up. All
The sudden the order is moving along and a wedge has been fedEx’ed. For those waiting, inquire…it helps.

Ordered T200s and Cleveland wedges via Club Champion on August 21 and was told 4-6 weeks. Just received an email from Club Champion that my clubs have arrived at Club Champion for me to pick up. Just shy of 6 weeks. I ordered them with LA shafts. Hoping to get the first round in tomorrow!
  24. I am wondering about the email apologizing for the long wait and they are sending a towel. What got me is it said on the top they are in production what’s that mean very confusing. I just don’t want to get my hopes up probably an error that was Tuesday and haven’t heard nothing from the company that I bought from I guess back to the duck pond 9 weeks and counting.
  25. Ordered T100 on Aug 24th. Obviously this whole thread is about irons being backed up due to stock issues (I have heard both shaft options and T100 heads being the problem.

My question is how reliable has he expected ship date been on these orders for people that have finally received their new clubs? I have an expected ship date of Oct 13th? Is it realistic to think they will ship tomorrow, or is that date usually set when the clubs are first ordered, and doesnt change as things get pushed back?

    Hi All,

Just wondering if there is anyone from Titleist on here that can confirm the information that I have been given today by local golf shop. I ordered a U505 in August with a tensei pro blue hy shaft and have now been told that because it's a graphite shaft that a slightly heavier head is used but that they will not have a delivery of these until 17th December and then it will be a month or so. Basically I'm looking at a February delivery so 6 months from order date?

How are all of these clubs now being classed as 2021 clubs and being charged full price for them? I'm a loyal Titleist supporter but these delays are really starting to test the patience, more with lack of communication than anything else.

    Many thanks,

    Stephen
