    For me, the best shot I hit in recent memory with my Pro V1x was a 2-footer for par on the 18th hole of The Old Course. While the shot itself wasn't anything spectacular, the culmination of that magical experience will be hard to beat for me.

    sept 24 1908 playing hole # 6 a 503 yd par 5 at grayburg hills gc with a 10-12 mile wind behind my back, I flushed my driver with a slight draw about 330yds. I then flushed a 9 iron to an elevated green and hit about 20 feet in front of the hole in which the ball rolled into the hole for a double eagle 2.....the shots were witnesses by two men and recorded.....

    I had pushed my drive into the edge of the woods on a par three. The ball lodged on the hillside, suspended in some weeds about a 6" above the ground. The cup was about 40 yards away and 20' above my ball. I could just see the top of the pin.

    I played a wedge with the face opened 45°. When I took my stance, the ball was 6" below my feet. The ball landed 3' from the cup and stayed. I sank the putt to save par.

    I received 3 Titleist "TEST" ProV-1x in the mail. I pulled a new TEST ball from my bag on the # 8 hole, a par 3 at Scottsville Country Club, Scottsville, KY. I hit the shot and ball landed about 3 foot in front of the hole and rolled right in for a hole in one. That was the best that could be done on that hole.

    My best shot with my Pro V1x took place at the Laconia country club annual member guest in 2013. My friend Mike, the member, and I had won our flight and were in the shootout for the overall championship. The hole was their seventh hole, 165 yard par 3 to a green that sloped from left to right and from back to front. Left of the green sloped down to a stone wall and the street. The wind was blowing at us from left to right. None of the players had hit the green during the first round, and the other three survivors also missed in the second round. I hit a four hybrid as good as I can, and the ball went right at the flagstick. I was concerned it might go too long, but the crowd roar said otherwise, and the ball settled about 12 feet to the right of the pin, leaving an uphill right to left putt. My friend Mike drained the putt and we were champs.

    Had a shorted sided 25 yard shot that I had to get up and down. Hit a flipper to 3ft. Had to trust the ball to stop and it did.

    My best shot with the Pro V1x was 218 yard 5 iron. Played a slight draw to a front pin location. Shot felt great off the club face, ball flew as I had mentally pictured it. Result was better than expected — double eagle.

    My best shot was hit with a Titleist -4 wood/17° , into the hole, for a DOUBLE EAGLE 2! August 4, 2004@ Architects GC #13 in NJ.

    413 yard drive on a par 5 in Utah on vacation this summer, elevation change on the hole was 285 feet from tee box to green.

    Best shot for me goes back about 3 years (prior to purchasing my 714 AP2's) on the 14th hole at Red Rock Country Club (Mountain Course); I had about 155 left in on a 416 yard downhill par 4 and proceeded to stick it to 2 inches... I thought I holed it while it was in the air but I'll never forget the feeling of staring that ball down with the strip and mountains in the background.

    That shot ended up being the reason that I went with the AP2's instead of some other brands that I was looking at; love when a plan works out.

    First day the courses were open here in Lexington, KY. I put my tee shot 2 feet away from the pin on a 160yd par 3 over water. Tap in birdie. Felt really special after the geese I had to fight off to get to the green lol

    Pro V1x - hybrid to approx 15 feet, which led to my first ever eagle. This was part of my first sub-80 round.

    On Wednesday April 15, 2020, I had a hole in one on the fourth hole played at my neighborhood course using a six hybrid on a 150 yard hole against the wind. I played the following Monday and replicated the hole in one, also on the same hole and same club! I just loved looking at that Pro V1 looking up at me from the bottom of the cup! I am up to five aces but that last one was beyond surreal.

    The best shot I hit this year with a PRO V1 was a 129 yard 9 iron for a hole in one. High draw with a soft landing and a short roll to and in the cup!!

    My best shot with a Pro V1 happened last summer and sealed the deal that I would get back into golf. I was playing with my father in law in an oil field tournament. 4-man scramble and we come to a 232 yard par 3. Slightly down hill and a little bit of a breeze in the face, I pull out a 5 iron. Everyone in the group starts laughing and asking if I was laying up (I had tried hitting my 5 wood and 4 iron on the range that morning and didn’t have much confidence in them). I hit probably the best shot I’ve hit in my life and left it 6 feet away.

    The "Best Shot I've Ever Hit with a Pro V1" was more like a "composite hit" (nine holes), for it was the first time that I played an "official round" (We kept score.) with my two year old grandson JP. My son, "Vito" (JP's father) also accompanied us. It was as "special" as special can get! (I'm smiling right now as I relate this to you!) As wonderful as offspring can be, there is just something to be cherished about a grandpa playing with his grandson. Thank you Titleist for allowing me to shine!

    A hanging 5 iron from about 160 yards out of the rough at Aviara onto the green. Missed the birdie putt. Maybe I need a Scotty Cameron. LOL
