Hi Luke it would be really helpful to have an update on your May 25th post about delivery times.

My retailer ( Hendon pro shop) were quoted on 17th June a delivery date of 29th June for my TSi3 driver and TSi2 Fairway and Hybrid (ordered in May). The pro contacted today and we’re now being told late July early August with no specific timescale.

Appreciate there are extenuating circumstances but don’t get why we go from a specific date quoted on 12th June to some vague date in the future. This is not what we’ve come to expect from Titleist and the very high standards you set.

Clear and proactive communication would significantly help to keep your brand loyalists and advocates on side.

Ordered Tsi3 April 29th, still waiting 9 weeks later.

Does anyone know what the current lead time on custom orders is with the new T series irons? Ordered a set of T100S yesterday, so just wondering if they are likely to arrive by the release date?

Not likely. The public release date is "in stores and available for purchase" of clubs that Titleist has been building up for weeks now. Custom orders would fall in next. Of those custom orders, some components are already available but others are in supply backorder like some shafts and some grips. That backorder problem is industry-wide and world-wide, not just for Titleist. You can discuss with the person that took your order or just wait as they will still process as quick as they can while building to their excellent quality standards. Calling does not really make it happen any faster. You will love them when you get them, hopefully not too long of a wait.
