Remember if you have any questions or comments please feel free to drop them in below and I will reply as much as I can.

One of the questions also was why the tour truck isn't there every tour event. This is because the tour truck can't drive to Azia or other far east parts where the tour travels.
Usually you see two - three weeks in front of such kind event that the truck is a little busier than usual. Players will get extra set of wedges or metal woods. The balls, shoes, gloves they get that on site at the event. Same story for ex. the Open. hybrids or 5woods will be swapped for long driven irons. And wedges will be sharpened and bounce options will be changed.

Also what fun to share is that some Titleist players already preparing with the reps for Augusta. To get the right equipment, the right shaft, loft options etc.
Fun to see that so many players already working ahead for that one moment.

#TourDrivenTourProven Once again thank you for your nice comments guys!

    Happy swings,

    Mallow,

Great write up Bart! Thanks for sharing.

With a number of European Tour events outside of Europe (like India, Africa, etc.) does the Titleist Tour truck travel to some of these also or is it mainly Europe and the Middle East?
Have seen it leave the Irish Open & European Open (which used to be at the K Club) heading for the ferry and often wondered how far from St.Ives and Europe the truck & driver have to travel to.

Amazing insight thank you, question if there is a request that is not on the tour truck and is needed ASAP can it be shipped in time for a Thursday tee time or is it the case that if it’s not on the truck it can’t be sorted that week.

@Denis C: Thanks for your comment. India, Africa etc. is a different story. It's another continent and not do-able for the Tour Truck. What you see is when players playing for example in those tournaments. They allready have their hardware pickup one or two weeks in front of the event. Softgoods like gloves, hats etc. are given out by the local Titleist dealer / contact team.
Yes, as many tournaments popping up the truck has to drive a lot. So that's why a larger truck & more staff included.

@simon w: It's almost impossible not to complete the request / order. Because the truck can create every club of the Titleist product range. So does the bag stuff. If a tourplayer for example lost his clubs. He gets replacement and usually with a standbag. In the buttom of the truck are bags stored by the way. (I forgot to mention)
In case when a player needs anything for example I caddied for LIMA (Titleist staff player) and he wishes new FJ shoes. But he wanted in special color and name printing on it. So they take the order and usually it takes up to few business days to process that request. 9 out of 10 times we had the new shoes the week ahead. So no we don't see products being ordered from the truck to the head office and ship back to the truck. What the truck does is sent the goods to the event allready a week ahead. So when they are there its ready for pickup. Or the Titleist truck picks it up at next refilling process.

    Happy swings,

    Bart
