  1. I bought the 14-top stand/carry bag a few years ago. Best bag I’ve owned and I don’t see anything out there I want to replace it. I agree with the other commenter...a slot for the alignment sticks would be nice. Titleist did a great job on this bag
  2. I have an old titelist bag and I am in the market for an new one. I was looking at the Players 14 stand bag because each club will always be in the same place. -Andrew D

I prefer the 14 slots. If you have an empty one you may have lost that Vokey. And the stay nice and neat no searching.
  4. Players 14 for me. Easier to ensure you have 14-clubs and I am OCD about where my clubs are situated in my bag.

14 way lightweight cart bag simply because it is a perfect fit for my Sun Mountain push cart.
  6. I mainly use a 4 way dry bag as I’m a member of a walking course, and it’s smaller so travel’s well in the trunk for visiting other course with carts as well. The dry bag part is a huge benefit.

I like the staff for traveling as it’s built like a tank and can handle airports inside a soft case. (I also use the extension arm & wrap all the club heads in a robe my wife bought me.)

My ADHD likes the 14way opening, but they are overly heavy to carry and a little large for trunks, etc. without any real extra benefits.

I’m also likely to buy a new bag this year. I have an older Titleist bag and will likely buy a 5 slit carry bag. 4 slits isn’t enough and the 14 slit bags allow for too much movement and clatter/bag wear between the club heads.

I use jumbo grips, so the 4 way top has always been the easiest to work with.

  9. I've had both bag styles in recent years, both Titleist. I didn't have much luck with the 14 way divder, although yep I get the OCD comments. I play with the Tour Wrap G2 grips, which have a bit of tackiness to them. I found that to be a pain some times. Irons would catch and get bound up on the dividing material, and eventually the stress tore the lining away from the top divider. All that was over the course of about 2 years, playing a few times a week in the midwest, so it was a long battle. It was good looking bag and worked for a while and then I just gave up the fight. I believe it got run over by a car once too. I was slightly disappointed, but whatever. I upgraded to the Staff Stand bag. This thing is legit. It has a 4 way divider and works much better for my setup. The base is the real deal and makes all the difference in the world. At least consider it, even if it does cost a little more if oversized or tacky grips are your thing. That's my 2 cents. Out

I like a 14 bag. A bit heavier if you're carrying but I prefer each club in its own slot.
  11. I have both the 14 and the players 4. I used the 14 for one tournament where I rode in a cart. The bag has a pocket for everything and yet remains well laid out and intuitive. After that tournament, I went home and the 14 became the overflow bag in my garage for other clubs I have.

I am currently gaming the Players 4 and absolutely love it. Not as many pockets as the 14 but it carries and rides well. It has forced me to be a minimalist and carry only what I need. Those days where I need to stuff with a rain suit or more clothes than normal it works great for that as well. Best bag ever!!!!
  12. I went with the Mid Staff, and just love it!
  13. I have to go with Don O... the 14 keeps my clubs in order and helps me so I don’t forget anything. Makes me focus more on the game not on my clubs. Good luck!
