    Was fitted and ordered a blended sets of T200 (4-6) and T150 (7-GW) from PGA Superstore at their Titleist fitting day on 19 August…clubs arrived today…

    Ordered custom T150 5-PW from 2nd Swing on 8/6. Originally told 8/25. only update I have gotten is "mid-September".

    I had a fitting in late July. The project x LS shafts I was fit for were back ordered till Oct. so, TT gave me an option to play standard project x shafts until the LS ones are in stock. They shipped the standard project x step-up within a week. They are on their game.

    I ordered set of 150s yesterday and it shows ship date of 22nd. My experience is they usually ship faster than quoted. By the way, I LOVED the t150s!

    If you ordered them direct online or fitted by a Titleist fitter and they got your email address, you will get updates. If you placed an order without a (Titleist) fitting, you will need to have your authorized dealer check via the Titleist order number they got when they ordered your clubs to update you.
    This forum is hosted by Titleist but is not used for customer service issues. There are other links on this website for that.

    Placed my order last monday 8/28 and they arrived today. I was shocked when my shop called, I was prepared to wait a few weeks. Way to go Titleist on a fast turn around!

    What did you order? Where were they shipped to? I ordered T200s and wedges last Friday, was told by the shop 3-6 weeks

    I was told 2-3 weeks as well. I went to a TT fitting event on 7/31 and they shipped 3 days later. Was very fast. I had custom grips and custom bend to the clubs as well. Went fast!

    I ordered t150 6 - gw and t200 5 iron on August 7 and they arrived September 7th.. Shafts are Nippon Modus Tour 105's. Great irons. I switched from cally's Apex 21's.

    I hope you don’t experience similar issues to my own.
    I ordered my T350 irons on July 14th with an estimated ship date of 8/23
    The week before expected ship date this date changed to 9/5, which was subsequently updated to 9/11
    I am waiting for a further push out.
    As I ordered these clubs after a fitting at my local club, all I can say is that Titleist has let the club down and created a golfer that will never trust future club purchase’s to Titleist and probably any purchase of an Achusnet brand product.

    If they don’t ship 9/11, I will cancel the outstanding items on my order and try to return the driver, and two fairway woods that have been delivered before ordering something from Taylor Made, cally or PXG, as I hate paying a premium price to a company that appears to not care about its users

    Well, that can be your choice. It is well within your rights.

    Has your local club been in contact with Titleist for an exact reason? While not stock components, mine were built with common, no uncharge shafts and CP2 Wrap grips. Both T200 and T350 were shipped within 3 business days. Other than multiple reports of T150 head shortages, there are few other delays known, and none running 8 weeks.

    Components and grips are pretty much outside of any OEM vendor. Someone at your club should be able to get the details for the delay. There are hundreds of postings here of rapid turnaround of orders. Something is different with your order. You deserve a better answer than a date moving without why.

    Yes I did call my pro, who contacted his Titleist rep, who move the schedule date back and said they would be shipped late last week or early this week
    I am still waiting, it seems golf galaxy customers get better delivery than small club reps, which is sad

    Did you club tell what was causing the delay? They can contact Titleist and find out for you. There have been a lot of great responses on here and a few delays. All depends on the type of heads and shafts you ordered. I would get the order number from your club and contact Titleist customer and see what is causing delay, if your club cannot provide that information, if it were me.

    Yes they just moved the schedule date back to 9/5 and said I should get them late last week or this week.

    My order for the T-150s w/ Project X LS shafts was placed August 7th and originally told they'd arrive 9/15 due to backorder of the LS shafts, informed last week that it's been delayed further until 9/25.

    I ordered the T350 4-PW, 48, Fubuki senior flex shafts from Golf Galaxy on 8/22 and I picked them up on 9/11, 20 days. Not bad.

    I ordered my combo set of T200's and T150's on 8/31 with an estimated ship date of 9/15. Since placing the order, I've received two updates from Titleist - the first with an estimated ship date of 9/21 and the second now with an estimated ship date of 9/25.

    My order is somewhat custom - 2* upright and 1/4" long, not sure if that is what is causing the delay.

    Ordered new T100 irons to replace my 620 MBs on Sept 1 through my club. Delivery has been expected on Sept 18…no change to that date as of Monday. Fingers crossed!

    Update....Thank you TITLEIST! My new 2023 T100 irons arrived early! My proshop called me last Thursday afternoon saying they were in...were not supposed to be here until this week. I picked them up Friday morning. They are amazing! Thanks Titleist!

    Got fitted at Golf Galaxy & ended up ordering the new T200’s. They were delivered exactly 2 weeks after I ordered. The changes that were made from the fitting were definitely needed. I’ve only played with them a few times & I can already see a drastic change to my game. A lot of solid consistent shots now. Never knew fittings were so important. Also never received a tracking number or notification that they were shipped so I was surprised when they arrived.

    Fitted on August 24 for T200 6, 7 irons and T150 8-PW with Project X IO 5.5. Received the 6 iron on September 7 and the 7-PW arrived September 22.
