It’s the luck of the draw folks. You want to get fitted to have what’s right for you. Then if you’re lucky enough to have fit into what’s on hand great. But with so many components and then putting it to your specs that’s the wildcard. I was fitted May 14 for T100 irons. Upright and longer than standard and the fitters best guest was 4 weeks. Ordered a Vokey wedge to same specs instead of stock PW and was told by pro that the wedge could be longer. BUT… you never know…got the wedge in 2 weeks. The T100s are still pending so I’d guess there’s a shortage or the heads arriving. “Good things come to those who wait” Customer service hopes to get the out over the next 10 days or so. It could always be worse. Some manufacturers are having much worse issues too

    So,

Called Titleist again this morning and was informed my order was pushed to late September. I cancelled the order and have decided to rearrange my bag to cover the gap. Good luck to those who have the patience.

    I'm out

    Ross H,

My apologies. I just saw your question regarding the Titleist phone number. After cancelling my order through Carl's Golf Land, I deleted the email strings from both Carl's and Titleist. My phone call history only goes back 10 August 2021-roughly 35 days after the cancellation (6 July 2021). I also discarded my notes regarding dates, names, phone numbers, and statements from those with whom I spoke. However, on 30 August, I ordered two dozen Tour Speed customized balls to test. I just got off the phone (8 September 2021) with "Mike" from Titleist at (800)333-4200. He stated the balls will ship no later than Monday the 13th of September. Use that number for Customer Service. Option 1 for golf balls, 2 for clubs, 3 for other gear. Provide the Titleist order number and they can provide you with estimated ship dates. Hope that helps!

  6. Ordered Apr 18, waiting on shafts to come from overseas, have everything we need now, 1-2 weeks a couple of times. Got to remember this is Gov Newsomes California, it's not Titleist fault. That crazy gov newsome out to eat with family telling californians you can't go out or work. you know the democrat commies want to make folks suffer and dependent on them. me never...i'll wait on titleist for my clubs

Ordered a set of 620 CB/MB combo irons back on 5/6. The CB 4-6i came a couple weeks later, the CB 7i came a month after that and now Titleist is saying the MB 8-PW won't show up until the end of July. Doubt this date will stick either, as the original ship date was supposed to be 6/6, then 6/25, now 7/25... who knows. Pretty difficult playing with 4 irons tho...
  8. Same. I ordered a full set of MBs after a fitting at Club Champion on 4/17. Original delivery date was 5/24, then end of June, and as of yesterday the ETA was August 4th. Doesn't sound like I'll get to use them this season, but they might make a nice Christmas present!
  9. After 4 months of hoping that something would change - I gotta cancel my order today. I was looking forward to the 620MBs but thats just not going to happen it seems.

Every other week I was told that the parts would be in "next week" or "the middle of next month". Today, I got a note that said the heads would "hopefully" arrive on the 19th of this month...but last week the told me that they the heads were in stock and they were waiting on the shafts. I agreed to change the shafts in order to expedite the process -- was told they would be built this week....until this morning when the heads are not actually in stock?!?!

I'm more sad than I am angry, but the communication process through all of this has been really bad. I keep getting emails from Titleist about new irons debuting on tour...and stories about Titleist player wins...etc. etc.

I've been playing Titleist irons since 1998 without exception - loyal to Pro-V1s since they first came out as well. I have no doubts in the quality of the products, I have just lost faith in the integrity of the company. I just can't continue to support Team Titleist if Team Titleist refuses to support its members (us).

These parts issues are a worldwide problem with all manufacturers and not with just Titleist. If you have been keeping up with the posts on this site you would see the responses from the staff. Also brick and motor stores have not made it easier by saying it will be in a few weeks and giving actual delay dates. The delays are real and are causing problems on both sides. The consumer and the manufacturer. The suppliers from overseas cannot keep up with the demand and supply the products. This a been a year that has put a strain on not only the golf industry but all companies looking for products from overseas. I too have been waiting on products from FJ and Titleist, but I am not giving up on the company as a whole. One year does not take away years of tried and true products, R&D and service. I am a loyalist also, and a true loyalist hangs with the best, even in the difficult delivery times. With respect. Just saying.
  11. I put in an order for T100S irons (5-AW) on 5/11. I was quoted "mid to late July" at the time of order. I'm now being told the T100S heads are expected to arrive on 7/26 and will go into QC shortly thereafter. They expect 2-3 weeks for build time after the heads pass QC...I'm basically looking at late August to early September for them to arrive at this point. I think I'm going to cancel and place an order for the new T100S when they go up for PO this fall. 14-15 week lead time is just too much to swallow at this juncture.
  12. Ordered my TSI100S irons on May 30th. Standard loft and lie, KBS Tour 90r shafts, had to swap out the grips because the ones I initially ordered where out of stock until August, they shipped out yesterday and should arrive next week. Being a little flexible sure seemed to help. Looks like 6 weeks from order to delivery, from what I can tell better than average.
  13. T300's with KBS Tour...ordered March 9. 1 week following order, got a call to swap grips in order to speed up process. Paid for 2 day shipping. Here we are July 16 and still waiting. I just want my clubs. Basically lost an entire golf season with these clubs...the new models are out...ordering these clubs now would be significantly cheaper...and I'm guessing I won't be compensated. Also haven't found an order prior to mine on March 9 listed on here that is still waiting. Be good to me Titleist.
  14. Ordered my T-200 with 2 degree upright on 5/15 from a Titleist distributor (golf course) after being fitted by a Titleist employee. Was told 2-4 weeks. It’s week 9 and I can’t get an update. This is soooo frustrating.

Ordered mine 28 Jul. Was told back order on heads, and shafts. Told due end of Sept. I changed to reg head, and red shaft and was told Dec. Now head to lite for shaft. Due in Feb 2022. This is not right. May have to change.
  16. Ordered 2 fairways and a hybrid at a fitting my club hosted in late April. Received the fairways this weekend, still no ETA on the hybrid.
  17. I would like to inform other loyal titleist customers of the wait times I have had for my irons in order to help people know what they may be getting into.

I ordered a set of irons through my home course on April 9th. It was a split set consisting of 4, 5, and 6 iron in the 620 CB's, and 7, 8, and 9 iron in the 620 MB's. All of which having a 1/4" longer than standard KBS tour x 130 shaft in them (fairly stock shaft, pretty common and readily available on 3rd party websites). Stock tour velvet grips shipping loose in the box to avoid labor and shipping delays associated with my preferred grip. Initial shipping estimates were 4 weeks for MB's and then 6 weeks for the CB's due to a shortage in clubheads.

6 weeks rolls around (May 13th), my pro reaches back out to titleist:

    - Cb's are in stock, being built currently and shipped the following week. MB's due in mid june due to shaft and head shortage.

May 27th, haven't received any irons. Reach out to my pro who contacts titleist:

    - Cb's haven't even arrived to be built and are supposedly waiting on the shafts and heads, estimated arrival June 24th (must have lied to my pro about them being in stock previously and being built.)

    - MB's eta June 18th.

June 16th: - CB's arrive at my club - MB's shafts arriving on June 16th, will be built and shipped out the next week.

June 30th, no MB's. Pro reaches back out: - They still haven't received the KBS shafts. Shipment is now due for July 19th. Titleist promises they will be in and shipped to me built by the end of July.

July 22nd. My pro reaches back out to Titleist: - Shafts AND clubheads for the MB are all of a sudden delayed until mid august with no specific date given. Promise they will overnight ship them to me by the end of august but I think I am starting to see a trend here and am willing to bet they will not.

I just wanted to give my story when it comes to lead times in order to maybe save someone from the wait I have had to go through. It is quite frankly unacceptable from my point of view. Over 4 months since the order was placed and still counting. No compensation or consistent and logical explanation given for the wait and false promises. Makes it hard to remain brand loyal

  18. Feel you Marshall. Ordered my T300's March 9. I've basically got the exact same story...calls and dates...calls and more dates...but for 2 months longer. Last call to Titleist I was told the shafts...(KBS Tour s120)...would be in July 28. **It's been shafts for 3 months. But when in on 28th, they would build and be overnighted. Brand loyal is what I want to remain to be...but we'll see how this plays out when I finally receive what was paid for in March.
  19. Had a fitting first week in May for a set of T300s. Was told 4 weeks. It has now been 12 weeks with no real response as of yet. Now the 2021 versions have been released. Should I try to update my order to the new Version or just wait it out? I personally don’t hate the look of the 2019 but man I can’t help but feel burned a little. This will be my first set of fresh clubs.

  20. Feel you Marshall. Ordered my T300's March 9. I've basically got the exact same story...calls and dates...calls and more dates...but for 2 months longer. 21. The above post is not mine. I didn't write that.
  22. Now the shafts are not "expected" to arrive until August 17...then shipped within 5-7 business days. Just for a laugh, the first "expected" ship date that I was given was May 6. And...again...I was called 1 week after ordering on March 9...to change my grips...in order to (Sam Kinison loud voice) SPEED UP THE PROCESS! All I can do is giggle.

I placed an order for on July 29 for T100S irons and 3 Vokey wedges with KBS Tour S shafts. They told me the shafts are expected on August 23, so about a week after the date they gave you. It still wasn't definitive, but more of a best case scenario.
  24. I think I now have the record for order delivery futility. Was fitted and ordered a set of T400s on May 21. Was told if I wasn’t too picky about the grips I’d get them in 3 to 4 weeks. It’s now been 11 weeks and no communication from Titleist at all. I called Customer Service 3 times over the past 10 days and always got a recording to leave a message. I did. Titleist has not returned any of those calls. Sent an email. Since I didn’t expect them to respond to that either I asked my pro to see what he could find out. He called me back and even he couldn’t believe the answer. The heads for the T400s won’t be available til November! 6 months after I placed the order. However out of the kindness of their heart they offered free overnight delivery to make up for the 6 month wait. Seriously?? That’s just insulting

I have always received great customer service from cally and TM. Titleist however is pathetic. I could accept a reasonable delay but they made no effort to communicate, they don’t return calls and have demonstrated a lack of concern for their customer. My advice: Avoid them

Now they are saying Mid September for the shafts. Sounds like I probably won’t be able to use these much before the end of the season in Western PA

Tomorrow would have been start of the 11th week in waiting for my order. Planned to have some golfing on a trip next week now cancelled (partly due to not having conforming irons and COVID19 Delta+ numbers rising), additionally other family will be visiting next month (which includes golfing) - I wanted something to practice and play with much sooner. With the new 2021 T100S MSRPs less than the older 2019 models a couple of hundred to up grade is now a no brainer - tapped out. At least I got my TSI3 Driver and 5 Wood! Good Luck to all!
  27. 11th week for the 2021 irons ? I was always told end of august and maybe into September.

Sorry, that was for the 2019 models. I have been fortunate that my heads have been upgraded to the 2021 models keeping everything else the same from the previous fitting. Representative has just informed me my order should arrive by 9/22.

New 2021 "T100Sii" per label on box received 9/15 via FEDEX. After hitting them - worth the wait and really enjoying the new ball flights and feel of the clubs. Not looking back and have no regrets on not receiving the first generation heads. Good luck to everyone else. KBS Tour 120 Stiff and 2 degrees flat in case anyone was curious. Originally fitted on 5/27 and order was placed 5/28/2021. Now to do gapping again from 718 AP2....lucky to have such lovely journey in Golf.

After everything we have gone through since the start of the pandemic, shouldn't we feel fortunate to still be able to play the game we love?
  31. Just ordered 2021 T200s and was told late August/Early September. Was told grips are the hang up now, but I will switch to virtually any grip that is available to accelerate the delivery. I wonder if some of you still waiting for 2020 irons will now get the 2021s. They seem to be ramping up 2021 full scale with an 8/26 retail delivery date.

make sure you call about the components..i called a week ago and found out my grip was back ordered so we made a change. The order is back on track for late August.....

CS also told me to call the 3rd week of August to make sure everything is still on track
  33. I was fitted on June 2nd for T300s, and placed my order then. Was originally told 4-6 weeks by Titleist but my fitter did a great job telling me to expect upwards of 3 months based on what he had been seeing. So the fact the I have not gotten my order yet is not all that worrying to me.

But now, the new T300s have launched, but my fitter has told me I would need to pay for another fitting session in order to come in and test out the new T300s vs the old T300s. As well as this, I see the old T300s discounted everywhere online and I still haven't gotten my clubs that I paid full price for! Very frustrating

I had a great conversation with Titleist Customer service yesterday about my order. I preordered a mixed set of the new T200 and T100s with KBS Tours and stock grips on 8/4. I was told when I ordered them it would be 2-4 weeks after the initial released date of 8/26. I called to see where this was standing closer to the release, and was told that they are slated to receive a shipment of KBS shafts on 9/13, so if they arrive on time and once those pass inspection, they should be built in a week. There is adequate stock on the heads and stock TV 360 grips. This still falls into the original time frame given.

I bring this up because if you have your Titleist order number, and call customer service, they are very helpful with the most current information they have.

That's great information David and hopefully all goes well. As you can imagine, the phones must be ringing off the walls at Titleist (and every other company dealing with component shortages). My advice to anyone just curious and getting impatient, please not call Customer Service as that just ties them up from helping those with more severe issues. I know this will be a hard ask as we all want those new sticks to show up ASAP. Let's imagine what it must be like for them and do our best to be understanding and supportive in these crazy times. My thoughts anyway...
  36. Hey Dale. I'm curious as to what might be a more severe issue than not having what was paid for and ordered March 9? I'm not trying to be a smartypants, just generally curious what would be considered more severe. Obviously, orders and pre-orders placed as recently as July/August I am with you. However, I consider an order approaching 6 months worthy of a phone call after every date passes that was supposed to be a ship date. Are you talking faulty equipment already in the hands of customers? Missing items? Just generally curious, because I want to understand.

Hopeful this is the week for my T300's.

To your point Chris, I am suggesting that routine checks on items that were just ordered would choke the system for those needing to research real problems like the one you described. The comment went to a post where someone had just ordered their irons and they were not even near their projected delivery date and they are suggesting people just call and check on their order because maybe they can get them early. Hopefully you have found out what the issue was with your particular case and are getting it solved. I think we are in total agreement here as your case validates the very point I was trying to make.
  38. I was fitted in New Orleans at Edwin Watts on August 14th...The following Monday they ordered the clubs and Titleist gave delivery of October 1st for 4i thru 9i...PW is delayed another 3 to 4 weeks.....This is due to shaft availability. Project X LZ 5.0 flex....

I placed an order for the new T100s, S300 shafts, was told there was a huge issue with DG S300 shafts and wont be available until October, so I changed shafts and asked them to put any grips loose in the box, I have enough grips here to install.

I hope they ship on time, or relatively close.
  40. Seems that many shafts including stock shafts are suffering back-orders.
I placed T100s with stock shaft (ProjectX LZ 6.0) on July, but got a call that it will be back ordered by mid-September.
  41. Any update on the S300 shafts? I was told they would arrive mid August.
  42. Exactly 24 weeks...my irons just arrived. Rejoice.
  43. Which irons did you order. The new t200?
I was only able to Pre order a few weeks ago. Well if you got them already that means mine hopefully arnt to far behind.
