  1. Ordered t100a irons and have hit week 7. Understand the times are challenging but the time should be presented upfront. Was told 2-3 weeks when purchased. Nothing special either as I asked for old school dynamic gold and stock grip
  2. I'm in the same boat. Ordered mine over 6 weeks ago. Anyone know if there is some kind of issue with them fulfilling T100 orders right now?

Ordered a custom CB/MB combo set 4-PW with 3 SM8 wedges on the 18th August 2020 through my local Pro and heard nothing until the 10th September to say some components weren't in stock. My spec was 1/2 inch longer with Dynamic Gold S300 shafts. I have since spoke to the pro and titleist custom to find out it is one of the wedge heads not in stock. Why they wouldn't just build the irons and send the wedges later is beyond me. Now looking at another 10 days for the irons and into October for the wedges.

Ordered a set of Vokey SM8 BlackS which arrived on the release date. Pleasantly surprised.
A bulk order of Players’s gloves took 7 weeks, and a recent TS3 driver order is on 3 weeks and counting. I understand Covid related delays, just wish order admin would do a better job acknowledging the orders and communicating expected ship dates.

I just ordered my T-200's 9/8/2020 and didn't ask how long as I am still playing my current clubs until they come in.

My fitter stated around 4-6 weeks because I have .5 longer & 2 degrees up.

The club I ordered through said around 4-6 weeks.

I told them both it doesn't matter when they arrive because I want them I am willing to wait and enjoy them once they arrive.

  6. I ordered my T300's on August 6. I picked them up this morning. It took actually six weeks from order to delivery. Going to have to wear my mask, not for the covid but for the smoke because it's terrible here.
  7. Well had then vendor check and the given ship date after 8 weeks was three more weeks. Cx and went png. Good luck to you guys with the wait.
  8. Hi JMoyers.......Maybe a good choice to cancel and go png. Curious, how long did you wait on png delivery ? I'm considering canceling and doing the same. Titleist has some answers to provide if other club makers are delivering in half the time.

Went through a pro shop for a SC. LH 7.5 with only a loft adjustment. 7 business days + 2 weekends to arrive. 3-4 weeks were suggested but it was 1.5 weeks total.

I ordered a set of T100S in black for a customer last week. They will be delivered this Friday to Massachusetts.
  11. Ordered 620MBs slight customization with grips and lie angle. Ordered August 28th through PGA Superstore and was told by that stores customer service that Titleist has a “Sept 29” expected delivery date. It is now the 26th and I have not received any communication whatsoever from Titleist, I highly doubt they will be delivered on the 29th. What is so frustrating is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION, that should be so simple to fix especially when spending $$$$$ ! Just awful and in today’s world no excuse for it. Please Please Please Titleist just communicate with your customers, no one likes to go a month after that placing an expensive order and hear absolutely nothing!

The big box stores tend to group orders and use a central office to place them. This adds to the delivery time by as much as 2-3 weeks. Delivery also depends on the heads, shafts and grips selected and the stock status of those.

Green grass PGA Professionals are far more efficient at getting orders placed as they have closer relationships with both the customer (read club member) and the local Titleist rep.

I couldn't agree more. I've not had a good experience with a retailer beyond being handed floor models. Someone at the store would need to care enough to actually call somebody - and I really suspect that if they say they did, they were just blowing you off.

My local pro shop contacts me at the end of the next business day that the order was placed, will be made as specified and is expected to ship by X date. With one exception of GP grips not available in a specified color, I've not been over-promised and under-delivered. Best advice - get fit, buy local.

Since Titleist doesn’t sell direct to consumer any and all communication from them will be with the store you purchased from. I would recommend contacting the store you purchased from and ask them to get you an update.

I understand, Tyler. However the pro shop is not getting answers. Heading into week 9 for a TS3, by the way.

(Have valid reasons for placing the order as I did, otherwise I could have picked up ex-stock from any number of online outlets.)

If your pro shop isn't getting answers, I suspect they aren't asking questions. I know if I call Titleist to check on orders I always get pretty detailed updates. I do find it easier to call directly and not ask our rep as he tends to be pretty busy and would just call the people I am calling.

I'm in the same boat. In week 8 of waiting for left handed t200 irons. Modus 105 shafts. Fitter can't get answers from Titleist. Anyone else having problems getting left handed clubs?

Thomas, to expand on what 19hole is saying, the basic philosophy behind Titleist's approach to supplying customers is rooted in supporting the club pro. They want the relationships between customers and pros to be the strongest link and is why there is no direct on-line sales of clubs and even limited on-line merchandise. A good pro would be checking your order with his rep and doing what he could to help. The big box stores do not really care. They are about volume sales and will give you a quick answer just to get you to move on. Unfortunately, Titleist catches the brunt of the complaints but they usually should be directed at the retailer.
  19. My pro ordered a set of T300's for me on September 4th, and they came in today, September 29th. I did have to substitute for the stock Tensei red shafts which were out of stock. Not bad I think, equipment sales have been up and supply has been impacted by Covid.
  20. The items I ordered on October 2 still have not shipped. Is this indicative of Titleist normal shipping time? I have called and left a message no return call. I have emailed and no return email. The customer service at Titleist is a joke!!!

  21. Wow, sorry that you feel as you are the only person that has an open order with Titleist and that they are ignoring you. I'm sure the pandemic has nothing to do with your order and shipping or the fact that they haven't returned your phone call/email.

Titleist is not Amazon, your order ships when your order is ready.
  22. Ordered set of T300 on Aug 17. Supposed to be ready on Sep 30, but still not in. I understand there is a back up, which was communicated at the time of order, but not meeting that quoted lead time is frustrating.

You do not tell us where you ordered your clubs, or if you have ordered any unusual shafts. If you ordered through your local pro shop, they can very easily call Titleist and see why your order is delayed. do it for my customers all the time. Normally the order will be missing one particular shaft or clubhead.

If you ordered from one of the big box stores, you need to understand that the individual stores place the orders through a central office. This alone adds delays. It also means that the local store needs to call the central office and have them call to check on your order. Not very efficient for you and time consuming for them.

There are a number of times that components go out of stock between when the orders are placed and when the build starts on the production floor. Depending on the component that is now not in stock, it could add very little or quite a lot of time before the order may be completed.

I have had this happen to orders and have worked with the Titleist team to ship as many of the irons as they can and get the remaining ones out as soon as the backordered components are available. Not the best solution, but they can be flexible if you ask nicely.
  24. I ordered through Club Champion (fitter). Nothing special. The Project X 6.5 shafts are supposed to be a standard option. I have followed up on the initial date they were supposed to ship, one week from that date, and another week from there. I've asked them to share feedback from Titleist, good or bad, but I'm getting nothing. I just want an accurate ship date, but he can't seem to get that.

From the website and other responses, I thought Club Champion only buys head components from OEMs and builds the other components with their own in-house builders. So CC should be able to confirm which component is delaying the build. Unless they confirm they are actually ordering fully assembled clubs from the OEM (Titleist). They should be transparent on the status.
  26. CC ordered the factory assembled clubs. They offered some services that would tinker with them once they arrive, but I didn't take them up on it.
  27. New ship date from Titleist is November 23. From 6 weeks lead time to 13 weeks. What a joke.

Ordered a mixed set of 620 MB/CB and it was supposed to be here last Thursday and now I’ve been notified mid to late November. I was hoping to use them in the tournament at the end of the month ‍♂️ Definitely a bummer
  29. I did a Titleist Thursday fitting on 6/18/20 and purchased 4 new vokey wedges, a u510 2iron, and T200 irons (4-W). I received the wedges and the 2iron on 8/11, but I still have not received the T200 irons.

When I spoke with the club that purchased the order (back on 9/1), they told me that left handed T200 iron heads were out of stock and that they "were due to come in" early October.

Has anyone heard anything about the availability of left handed T200 iron heads? Did the Titleist factories receive new left handed T200's heads yet? Or has their arrival been pushed back even further?

Every ETA that I have been given throughout this whole process has been pushed back, so I'm just wondering if the same thing has happened again.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

Titleist has always under-promised and over-delivered on back orders on delivery dates to my pro shop. Even for my T400 LH irons. The order was placed just a few days prior to the CA shutdown. I was told 4 weeks at the time the order was placed. Once the shutdown occurred I expected it would be 4 weeks from when the plant re-opened. But they landed on my doorstep a couple of days after the shutdown. Must have been close to one of the last orders out the door.

If your dealer is a pro shop, they can check on the order status since they have the confirmation number. Living in WI, I have no problem "Badgering" for an update. By now, Titleist should be able have an expectation when the shipment of the heads is due.

I remember back in the day, or just a few years ago, an actual employee of Titleist would be on these forums and provide updates for situations like this. I remember people like the incredibly wonderful Cathi would constantly respond to these types of posts. She was such a kind lady and would always personally reach out to you when you needed help with an order or had questions. I miss the handwritten notes, the random gifts in the mail on holidays, the monthly sweeps etc...When Cathi and Abby left Titleist, some of that personal touch left also.

You guys are getting me scared. I just ordered a set of T100's on Tuesday Oct 13th. I was told delivery would be 4 weeks and that Titleist has been pretty good about their times. I was hoping to get a couple rounds in with them before the season ends. I'll keep everyone posted.

If you order clubs thru a retailer/pro shop your first step to checking on your order is thru them. They have the order number and can easily check with Titleist and give you an update. Without the order number you are basically beating you head against a wall trying to check on your clubs on your own. So please go to the source and save yourself some frustration. It works.......
  34. About 10-12 weeks for mine.
  35. I was fitted and ordered a set of T100's from a local dealer on September 19th, with an ETA of 4-6 weeks. I was fitted for T100 with Project X LZ 6.0 shafts. I hit the 4 week mark today on October 19th and called for an update. They looked it up with Titleist and showed my order wouldn't be delivered until December 16th. That's nearly a 13 week wait. I ended up asking for them to custom build them for a fee and will have them in a few days. Wish I had known of this massive delay before. Hopefully helps some of you.

Ryan, can you describe custom build them. Who is custom building them, Titleist or your club fitter? Can Titleist just send the heads to a fitter and have the club fitter put them together?
