    I was custom fitted and order the T400 last February and still waiting.
    For those of you lucky to have received your T400's; what is the performance like ??

    I'm have 5 days annual leave pending to go and play with my new clubs just as soon as they arrive. (fingers crossed / this week)
  4. The custom TS2 driver I ordered May 28th arrived today (Michigan). That's a pretty great turnaround time all things considered. Kudos to the Titleist team!

    Ordered a custom T400 5-iron from Titleist through Edwin Watts on May 18th. Just received it yesterday. It appears that thing are starting to move.

    Kyle, really depends on a lot of factors. If you ordered from a retailer that has been closed, or is still closed, they may not have even sent the order to Titleist. If it required non-standard shafts, there might be a source supply delay. Best way to track progress is not this forum but to work through your retailer or pro shop, whichever you used to send in the order.
  9. I placed my order for T200 irons on 6/18, and my order status just updated from "In Process" to "Approved".

    Does anyone know how long it takes for your clubs to be shipped out once the order status is updated to the "Approved" status?

    Any input/help is appreciated. Thanks.

    Since Titleist does not do direct on-line orders, curious as to where you see a status of "in process" and "approved"? Is that from a retailer? They may not have even sent the actual order to Titleist to be built until it hit their "approved" status. I see many posts where people are frustrated at Titleist, only to find it was the pro shop or retailer that caused the delay. Occasionally it really is Titleist but usually because of a specialty shaft that is on back-order. Common shafts and basic specification builds are going pretty quickly again now that workers are back in the facilities.
  11. I had a similar question about the "approved" status. I did a TPI fitting at the end of may and just got an email from Titleist saying that there was a status update on my order. And when I clicked it said that a few of the woods/hybrid and some of the irons went from In Process to Approved.
  12. Don’t know if this helps but got Fitted at Golf Galaxy on July 24 for a TS1 driver and it arrived today Sunday August 9. So in about 2 weeks since order was placed I received my item. Maybe the delays are so bad now.

    Had a private fitting day with John Worrall on 07-30-2020 and received my 10 club order today. I was keep updated through a summary directly from Titleist. The update included order status and a shipment tracking link for FedEx. John and Adam at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club (where the fitting was held)did a perfect job through every step of this process. Now I have my clubs in time for a round at Harding Park on Wednesday
