    Can you please just give us an update on when you plan on opening? Shipping custom orders? Or, tell us you don't know. Or, it could be another month? Or, never? Anything.

    Here's the latest scoop on clubs by product category:

    Irons, Metals, and Putters should start shipping the first week of June. Standard wedges mid-June. Wedgeworks mid-to-late June.

    Thanks for the update Allan. Sure wish you guys would post something on the website -- the last update is from March 24th even though your CEO said he would be providing continuous updates.

    Your Timeline above -- is that for new orders or does that include orders that have already been placed?

    That goes for previous orders as well but they will be at the top of the list. California and Massachusetts have been two of the most cautious states which is adding extreme fluidity and complexity to our operations. That update looks dated but still holds true. That being said, I think we are close to making another official update in the very near future.

    I apologize for hijacking but what about on bags? I ordered a Linksmaster bag through the UT Golf Club and was wondering when it may ship. Not in a rush for it but would be nice to know roughly when to expect it.

    What about golf balls? I have two orders for buy 3 dozen get 4 dozen and have them personalized.

    I am also in this boat..Hoping to get some new logo'd balls to help the game this summer. Obviously safety comes first with the plants and hope all is well as that is the priority

    Mass is back up and running. Non-customized orders are shipping. The customized balls and gear are lagging behind.

    I can only hope that I can get lucky. My 100s’ order didn’t get placed until the end of April. With the courses now open the wait is unbearable! #teamtitleistforlife!

    Hi - I had placed a custom club order for a TS4 through Carl's Golfland (Plymouth, MI) on 4/21 through their Titleist rep. Do you happen to have any idea when it may ship? Will it be sometime during the first week of June?

    Just wanted to follow up in regards to my post about the custom TS4. I checked with Carl's Golfland and they said the order has been processed/placed, but haven't been able to provide any timeline for delivery? Any updates or ETA?

    Hey Doug, if you are able, can you let us know when it arrives or if you hear anything? I ordered a TS2 from Carl's on 5/28 and am interested if you hear anything. Thanks.

    It shipped from California on Monday. Tracking # per UPS, says it's stuck Chicago per "civil unrest"

    Hey Doug, Similarly I ordered a custom TS3 on March 16th from a trusted retailer.
    Did you happen to receive your item yet? I am still waiting on mine!
    If anyone has any info on timeline that would be great, thank you!

    Thank you Allan, I appreciate you taking the time to answer everyone’s questions on here; even the less the polite ones. In regards to repairs do you have any idea what the current turn around is on these? Or know how I can find out? Sent my TS3 in first week of March because of a stuck weight, just trying to get a guess on when to expect it. Thank you again for all that you and the Titleist Team fo to take care of us.

    Dr. O. I know this was directed at Allan but i thought i might help with a quick answer in case he doesn't see this post. Repairs that would be sent in from your distributor would be tracked under their name and in some cases, may not have been sent in yet if they also closed down before they had a chance to ship the item to Titleist. You will have to work through them for status. If it was a direct order, your best recourse for information is through the Customer Service link at the bottom of the website. Hopefully you get it back soon and are back on the golf course enjoying those long, straight drives.

    My T200 and other bits just arrived Today. Fitted on March 27th but all the golf clubs in my area are still shut and only open in June at the earliest.

    I’m still waiting for my T200, fitted March 7th. Hopefully soon. Courses open but I traded in my clubs.

    I wanted to check and see if there is an updated timeline for clubs ordered a week ago and when we can expect to see them shipped out? Is it closer to the older timeline of a few days for production or are we still looking a few weeks?

    Hi, ordered a 19 and 23 degree TS2 and Scotty special Select putter three weeks ago from a trusted retailer, they say there is a delay on the clubs, any idea when they’ll arrive

    Most comments here are about times for US customers based on CA and MA openings. Not sure about delays in the UK. Probably best quotes from talking with that trusted retailer on your specific status.

    I would recommend staying in close contact with PGASS. They can track you clubs for you as to receipt of order and delivery date. It takes at least five business days to ship them west coast to east coast. I am sure they are working as fast as they can to get caught up with the virus situation. A lot of customers have been waiting since March for the equipment. With respect.

    Quick updates. My new T100s irons arrived yesterday (ordered end of March. Played 9 yesterday evening and love the new sticks!!! Two, my club told me custom loyalty balls w personalization won’t show until August. I opted for my 4 dozen w/o the personalization. Will be here June 12th. Hope this helps!

    All of my orders from Titleist have been shipped with Fedex.

    I have been emailing with a Team Titleist rep. he is saying custom orders are quoted at 2-3 weeks for production now as their facilities are only at 40% capacity at this time. They are also trying to catch up on orders that were placed before, and during, coronavirus which is taking time.

    Fitted and ordered TS-3, U510 and T-100s’s on May 8... just got word that they should be delivered tomorrow. I have reverted to my 8 yr old self on Christmas Eve!
