I get a neon pink sharpie and i draw a circle around the number and fill it in

I color in 3 green circles next to the Titleist logo to form a shamrock. 

A blue stripe,after spinning each ball in the balance disc and a green dot.

i put two red dots on each side of the number

I always mark my ball with a red sharpie with a   JK on both sides of the ball. No doubt it is my ball.

I mark my ball with 3 dots in a triangle, looks somewhat like Mickey Mouse!  Above Titleist  on one side and below on the other.

I mark my ball with 2 blue dots on each side of the number. And then mark a line where the Pro V1x is for alignment.

 I mark the ball for ID purposes; this has saved me from losing a ball many times.  Black sharpie:  first initial and a dot to the left of the number.  "Balance" and mark the ball for alignment. 

I use the personalized “Tin Cup” system to mark my ball. I saw them at Whistling Straits the last time I played.

"JJ" diagonally to the top right of the Titleist. Stands for Jon Jr (my sons name) and keeps me smiling no matter how I'm hitting it.

I use 6 dots on whole dimples around the logo in the shape of a Hexagon, its simple and balanced.  It also helps me identify my ball quickly because of the visibility of the markings.  I know some people that change every time they play(if they mark them at all) and they lose balls often because they hit where another group is and they mistake their ball because it is unmarked.  Super important to mark your ball consistently.

A couple blue dots next to the number.  One each at the 1 and 7 o'clock positions..

I put a green stripe through the titleist script on both sides, but I always leave the "t" blank.

I mark one dozen at a time. A single green dot to the left of the #. I have been marking my Titleist that way since I played high school golf (I'm Irish and green was our school color). Oh, I graduated from HS in 1980 so 35 years marking it that way. We played Titelist DTs with the Titleist Script in red back then if some of you remember that.

I do a red line opposite the ProV1x lettering.  Also get the box with 5-8 high numbers.  After reading all the other responses might put my initials also.  Hate to loose a ball because someone else see's ProV1x and hits it... it is the #1 ball in golf.

I mark my Pro V1's with a purple dot above & below the Titleist on each side of the ball.

I also play Pro V1x's that I mark with a black dot above & below the Titleist so I can tell the difference.

Circle the number in red on both sides.

I used to put a blue dot on each side of my Titleist logo, but recently I switched to putting an "X" over the number
