  1. Best one ever has to be Cabot Links, ( @cabotlinks ) #14, Inverness, Nova Scotia. Elevated tee looks straight into the Gulf of St Lawrence. I swear I'm going to drop the in the sand on Inverness Beach instead of on the green. Battling cross winds, a small bunker and the never ending view of the gulf makes for an awesome tee off. Always want to go back and hit a 2nd ball. They compare it to #7 at Pebble Beach, but better.
  2. #8 island green at Willows G&CC in Saskatoon. Charity scramble event, hole-in-one hole for a new Mustang. Playing around 151 yards into a gale force wind. First three guys on my team hit the drink and I had to pure a 3 iron just to get it there. It ballooned up into the wind and landed straight down about 2" behind the hole. Oh so close....

    Shirt size XL.

Can't remember exactly the hole number, but a par 3 at Highland Links in Cape Breton. 260ish yard Stanley Thompson classic beast. Vertical treed hill on the entire right edge. Water Hazard short and left and long. Awesome hole. Can't believe people were expected to play it 100 years ago with their equipment.

I guess for me it's hole #11 at Club de golf St-Jean-de-Matha Qc. Incredible hole with water all in front of you and a artificial water fall in front of the hole approx. 30ft high and 130 Yds long. I did made a par. This is the kind of hole that you don't know if you are ok or in trouble only until you are on the green's height. The lake must be full of golf balls as the ladies in our foursome probably put 5-6 each in the water thrying to get it up there. I played there only once and really liked it. This course is located 2hrs north of Montreal but it's really nice course and very good price too 50$ a person with a cart in peak season afternoon. Accomodation is also available on site.

    I'd like a size L please.

The 6th hole at Phantom Lake GC in Flin Flon. It's only 145 yds but always plays the toughest hole on the course with s huge rock face behind the green & sand in front. Xxl shirt

Definitely number 17 at Chicago's Harborsides starboards course last may. Boys trip tournament last day to determine winners. 16 guys 2 man team format thats determined after day one. they final days groups are determined by top teams. A very bad weather front hit us half way through the final round and the temp dropped from mid 20's to under 10 degrees in the matter of seconds(no joke) and the wind was brutal. Ours teams where pretty tight going into the final holes and the 17 par 3 with mostly water carry and only 114 yards. I would usually use a 52 but dead into the wind I used a 7i. I was the only one to hit the green and with my partner, we won the event by a half a stroke. The year before I lost by half a stroke. This year we are off to Nashville to defend next week.

    Cheers

  8. The most dramatic par 3 I've played is the 7th at Seguin Valley. It plays 208 yards from the tips. It's over water with trees surrounding the green. There is an island drop area roughly halfway not the hole. It usually provides high scores. Par is a great score on this hole.

Large t-shirt. Thanks for the opportunity.

The most dramatic par 3 I have played would be the 14th at Couer d'Alene, the only true island green I have played where you have to take a boat to the green.
We made a spring golf trip a couple years back and this was the highlight of the trip. That day the hole was playing 143 yards, pin in the front and there was a slight wind in our face. I was confident in my play that day, as my playing partner razed me that I was using my Pro V1 and not changing out my ball for something of less quality. A full 8 iron into the wind had me land 15 feet to the right of the pin. Unfortunately I missed my deuce, but took my 3 and ran.
If by chance I win, my shirt size is XXL.

Like Andy R. - I'm taking a par 3 at the Links at Crowbush Cove. Hole 8...see image below. The sea was angry that day my friend...even my Titleist 3-wood into a piercing headwind to the bailout area to short left of the green was my shot of the day. Keep 'em coming, Mitch! Hole #12 Lethbridge Country Club

Hole #12 is a 186 Par 3 downhill that subtracts 13 yes to a large green that is 39 yds long on a very sloping green with considerable break.

I was playing in our local club match play tournament and was one down coming onto the tee. My playing partner hit his shot to about, a nice 5 iron to approximately 10 feet. I responded with a 5 iron that was satisfactory landed on the green it did however leave me it a putt os about 60 feet and hadt about ten feet of break. I putted first and made the putt all the time saying "wow, wow , wow" thinking the putt was going to be long. The putt went in for a birdie to everyone's amazement mine included! I had a similar putt three days previously and made that one as well! These were two of the luckiest putts that I have ever made. I won the hole as my opponent missed his putt and made par. The match remained level to the 18th hole when my opponent made par to my bogie.

This is certainly a hole that I will remember for the putt and the effect it had on the match.

If I am fortunate enough to have my post drawn my shirt size is XXL.

It was our Men's Opening field day and my team had reached the par 3 13th at Dalewood GC. Our team was playing average up till this point in the round. The hole was playing at 165 yards with a carry over the pond in front. I hit a crisp 7 iron that drew towards the flag, landed right of the flag and spun in for an ACE!! I went on to play the last six holes in 6 under and the team won low team for the field day. I won the Event by 1!

  15. PGA National - Championship Course
    The bear trap.
One of the most world renown sets of holes in all of golf. I would say that these 3 holes including the difficult par 3's could be considered some of the most drama creating holes known to golf, for both professionals and amateurs. This was during the Optimist international Junior Golf championships and created drama for all golfers through this stretch of holes including me with long distances with lots of water and strong winds to consider as well. Drama creating no doubt.

#17 at Oyster Bay N.C 1984. Not best at all, but was my 1st time playing over water with Alligators on the banks. I was a teen on the first golf holiday with my Dad. Really memorable hole.

Funny enough mine was last fall at wooden sticks #17. it's was late in the year and it was an ugly day windy and rainy. We were playing cart vs cart and the round was all square.
first guy hits his to within 6 feet
I hit the green but have a good 40 foot putt
next 2 guys put them in the water.
I'm just hoping to walk away with a par and get lucky to halve the hole, some how the golf gods were on my side and I drain the putt.
buddy's 6 footer lips out and we win the hole.
we halve 18 and that putt proved to be the winner.

The 3rd hole at Deerhurst Highlands in Huntsville Ontario. We were playing in a fall tournament and it was playing about 170 yards into a 40+ mph wind. I hit a full 3 wood to a couple of feet for the only birdie of the day on the hole.
An XL shirt would be great.
    Thanks.

    Calgary,

Floating 14th at the Coeur D'Alene resort course. When the wind is blowing you can feel the green moving slightly. Definitely dramatic and breathtaking at the same time. Was playing against my dad and of course dunked one in the water. Oh well. Still a great hole! Large shirt if I get lucky!

  20. The Par 3 8th at Huron Oaks Golf Club in Bright's Grove, Ontario was always the most thrilling hole for my regular group when we were just 12 years old.

Even from the front tees it played over 200 yards, and faced north so it was always directly into the wind coming off of Lake Huron. Smallest green on the course and it was surrounded by 3 bunkers. In over 100 rounds at that course, I was only able to birdie it once. Definitely the most thrilling par 3 I ever played, just for the challenge of making birdie.

Still have the ball from my lone birdie there. Professional 90, number 1. Always played Titleist since then.

Size medium shirt would be awesome. Thanks, Team Titleist!
