I would think if you have a good club pro with the right machine they could do it. It’s easier with forged than cast clubs.

Most Golf Clubs will have the facilities to do this for you and you’ll not be without your irons for long. Probably best done with you there, as it will then be possible for you to hit shots from a lie board and for each iron to be properly dialled in.

Got mine checked at Foregolf Chester. Went through the bag, adjusting as we went.
Great "After Sales" service and my bats are now properly set up.

After I had my iron fitting (not done by Titleist) I felt the clubs a little too upright so the fitter added 1 degree flatter to 7 iron for me to try on the course before doing the rest.

If you have a good fitter with the right gear it will probably be quicker
