    Just wondering if anyone knows roughly how long titleist is behind with orders , been waiting for a sm8 vokey , since the end of February

    Hi Richard

    We sincerely apologise for any delays that customers have experienced. Our ball printing and club building operations are now open and we are shipping custom product. We are ramping up daily as our facility moves back into full operation.

    We do have a back-log of orders but please be assured our lead times are coming down fast and we do plan to be back on track very shortly.

    I know it is frustrating waiting for orders that were placed months ago, but during this unprecedented situation our number one concern has always been the safety of our staff. We are working through the back-log of orders and are prioritising all orders placed before lockdown.

    Thanks for the update Matt. I for one am still waiting patiently since 18 March but delighted we are now able to play golf whilst waiting for new kit, which isn't the worst situation to be in ;-)

    It was due to be placed when the T100s where available on the 27th March. As the Club building operations are now open after the lock-down, I've placed today with my Pro a custom order for a new combo set of T100s / T200 in left hand.

    Matt S., If anything can be done to prioritise Team Titleist orders, I thank you in advance

    I’ve got a 56 and 60 already I’m waiting on the 46 degree
