    Two weeks ago the legs fell off my players 4 stand bag. My local pro sent it back to Titleist. Just over a week later it came back as good as new. Thanks Guys for being the best in the business and sorting it so quickly.

    Many years ago, I had a similar issue and my pro, contacted Titleist, who told him to give me another bag and they would send him one with his next delivery.

    That really was quick service. I walked out with a new bag within 15 minutes.

    Hopefully they didn't fall off mid-round like mine did....Tip carry a small tie-wrap win your bag always useful.

    They did actually, had to play 6 holes carrying them like walking sticks
