    Just wanted to give a big thanks out to Tom and Melanie at uk returns

    I had a problem with my staff tour bag and they were brilliant and sorted out my issue efficiently and promptly.

    That’s why we amateurs are brand loyalists on the back of that service I bought 3 polos and a new set of water proofs

    Admin could you please make sure this feedback gets back

    Without being blasé about a fabulous service, it's what we've come to expect from Titleist - I'm certain it helps generate business benefit, as it has with you and your additional purchases, and encourages brand loyalty.

    It's certainly not the norm for customer service elsewhere.

    Bag looks the business, by the way.

    It is the best by far and I have had the last four tour bags

    I wonder why there isn’t a 10.5” version?
