  1. Hi All, Looking at taking the plunge on a SC putter. But as I dont have any stores near me to try out, was wondering if I order online and I dont like the exact specs if I can still get a full refund? Ie: 34" standard loft and lie, matador grip. Or is this considered a custom order (non-stock grip?)?

    And has anyone had issues with Titleist return policy with SC putters?

    Recommend that you contact Titleist customer service team at (800) 333-4200 Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, if you have any additional questions. Their refund policy is as follows:

    Golf Clubs

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please call us at (800) 333-4200 to obtain a pre-paid return label(s). All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, and we will not accept returns for the following: Stamped Wedges. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.

    Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
