    I just registered my Scotty Cameron select fastback to putter and use the serial number that was stamped on the shaft. If the registration was excepted does that mean this putter is authentic ? I’m questioning its authenticity because the head cover I received said made in China. Although the putter does look legitimate

    Registering your Scotty online is great, I would not worry so much about the head cover as it is mass produced for the entire world.
    I could be wrong but the serial number on the shaft is not as important as keeping your receipt from the AUTHORIZED DEALER that sold you that masterpiece..
    What I have done besides registering my equipment, is take a picture of them with the receipt that way its date stamped just in case I ever have an issue. (Which I have not). Anyway have fun with your new SCOTTY....madgolferhitemstraight
