Titleist Fan 4373, 

As a lover of the Kombi line there is a problem since the putter is made of aluminum and in California Scotty is not allowed to refurbish putters made of this material for some environmental or other issue.  

Therefore, this is one of the only putters that is not available for restoration via SC Custom Shop unfortunately.  

Sorry, but you can probably find a new Kombi at a good price via a variety of places since this particular putter did not hold its value as highly as other SC Putters.  Maybe because of the lack of restoration capabilities...

There might be some other non-SC restoration outlets but I am not familiar with any.
