Adam has been playing a putter that is a concept putter called X10.  It is shortened to avoid the anchor ban and is "whited" out in paint scheme.  The Futura X7M is closest to it however the Futura X is a former inspiration for it...

Wow...great information Chris!  On a similar topic, do you know how many tour pros play OTR style putters and how many play prototypes?  Are most of the guys playing putters that aren't available to the general public?

Many tour pros play similar or the exact same putter as the OTR versions which is one reason why Scotty Cameron is the most popular putter on tour...(I did not get paid to say that! LOL)

The Newport 2 and Newport, no surprise, are two of the most popular models however the golo and futura are quickly growing in numbers.  Lately, many pros are trying out the new Futura X7M from what I can see on the practice greens...

Some players on the various tours are playing a similar version to the OTR Newport and Newport 2 called the Concept 1 or 2 Rat....this is not available to the masses but can be obtained via Scotty Cameron's Gallery for a price (ranging from $2,500-$5,000).  

I would say the majority are playing with very similar or identical to the OTR's you and I can purchase at our local golf store...that is the quality one gets when investing in a Scotty Cameron Putter IMHO!

Sole weights are identical except for markings as the OTR and the putters many times are similar except for color or markings...basically you can have confidence purchasing the OTR and knowing you are obtaining a tour equivalent putter!
