Unfortunately Titleist does not sell bag parts. The bags are produced overseas as complete bags therefore they do not have parts stock available as retail. Your best bet is to purchase an older bag second hand and use it for parts. You can try to make a claim with the airlines if it was damaged in transit. Some airlines will not honor claims for soft travel cases. You will need to check with their individual policies.
