    Just purchased a Players 5 bag to replace a Sun Mountain cart bag. Love the look and lightweight aspect of it thus far. Also the flat base which bodes well for the cart. Years ago I had a Sun Mountain 3.5 stand bag, those legs were forever fine... never gave me any trouble. I always stored it in the down position, legs out. I have read there can be leg issues with some Players bag, so I am wondering if it is advised to store the bag upright? Do I not need to worry about with this 2024 bag? Thanks for any insight folks may have.

    That was probably one of my comments. I recommend any and all brands with retractable legs be stored with the legs retracted to add life to the thin tension wires. It does not mean that it will happen quickly or maybe will never be an issue on some bags but from an engineering perspective, it is a preventative measure for normal metal fatigue. If you choose to keep them extended and you begin to see an issue, just raise the band to tighten the legs a bit more.
