My shoulder strap on my Gray Cart 15 bag broke. It is just outside of warranty coverage. Does anyone know where I can purchase a OEM replacement? I have tried a few Titleist authorized dealers, and none have been able to help.

Since bags are produced for Titleist by a second-tier vendor, they do not stock replacement parts. You can either plead your case through Customer Service (info at bottom of the website) or through the place where you purchased it. Your other option would be to search for a used “parts” bag on eBay or similar sites and use it to replace your strap.

Unfortunately, Titleist does not sell replacement parts. I have the Cart 14 bag which is very similar, with well over 200 rounds on it and the strap is like new. What broke on the strap? Those cart bags are exceptional bags. Have you tried eBay. Seems to be a lot of items on there for sale. May not be OEM.
  4. Looking at the Cart 14 bag myself but my current Titleist carry bag has broken zipper handles so not sold on going back to Titleist. Those should never break. Wear yes.

Besides the handle - everything seem to be holding up ok?
  5. i had a 14 before i got the 15 the 14 just seemed like there wasnt enough room in the bag for clubs and such !!

I bought one on Amazon a few years back when I had one that broke.
  7. Hah! My Cart 15 strap just broke at the top swivel point. And this after the navy blue bag turned mostly purple after a year. Looking for a strap now.
  8. Mine broke at that exact location today.
  9. Mine did also. Looks like a little ring clip holds the swivel and it fell out or broke.

Unfortunately it is out of the one year warranty period. I would recommend looking online to see if you can find an aftermarket strap that will fit that model. Titleist does not sell replacement parts. Some colors do fade when subjected to the sun in certain areas of the US. This occurs with all brands of golf bags. I use to play red bags here on the coast of S Carolina. After about a year of the heat and humidity they turned kinda pinkish. I am a Titleist black bag person now, in all three of mine: Cart 14, Lightweight carry, and mid size tour.
  11. Good luck with that
Mine broke also and had to
    Do a ???? Fix
    Good luck buddy
  12. My strap also borke at the clip swivel point, manufacturing defect??

If you purchased it within the past year, take it back to the store where you purchased it. Just follow the directions in under Titleist warrant, below:

Although Titleist is committed to satisfying golfers with golf products of superior performance and quality, there is a chance a warranty claim may arise.

Acushnet Company warrants its Titleist products for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Should your Titleist product fail to perform for either of the above reasons, we will at our option, repair it or replace it with an equivalent product at no charge. To obtain the benefits of this warranty, please contact your local golf shop to set up a Return Authorization. If you need assistance locating a shop in your area, please visit the Titleist Golf Shop Locator. Enclose the original receipt along with an explanation of the defect in writing. We ask that all parts of the product be returned to the repair department and that the product remain in original factory condition. Warranty claims presented without the original sales slip will be reviewed at our sole discretion. Acushnet Company reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims to determine the extent of warranty applications. All products returned for warranty claims become the property of Acushnet Company.
