Cart 15 StaDry Cart Bag Quality?

    Has anyone else noticed a decrease in quality of Titleist Bags? I was supper excited to receive the 2020 Cart 15 StaDry Bag in Navy/Red/White for Christmas, especially after serving the last 25 yrs in the Army. I owned my previous Titleist bag for about 10 years with no issues, so I was completely surprised after using the rain-hood at the most a half of dozen times, one of the snaps broke off of the hood. Funny part is I have not used the hood in the rain, it was put on for transportation reasons go to and from the course, when traveling with buddies. For the price point of the bag, I do not feel this should of happened. Does anyone know who I need to contact at Titleist to see what can be done, or to receive a new rainhood. I am a loyal Titleist customer as my bag only has Titleist sticks and a Cameron Putter. Any help would be great, thank you in advance.

    Hi,
    Ive had my Cart 15 StaDry black for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier. I believe Titleist has a new supplier for their 2020 bags and think they are known for their quality. The company is called Vesselbags.
    It's a shame that your rain hood brook. My local Proshop told be that Titleist should have a 12-month guaranty on their equipment and gear, so try to contact Titleist Customer Service and see if they can help you. Good luck!
