These new bags are designed so you can easily snap off one of the two straps. That’s why the small plastic cross clamp has the pull away slot for the left shoulder strap.

Brent, I'm with you. Never been a fan of the "straight jacket" strap systems on golf bags. I found a single strap on line and subbed this into the otherwise great bag.

Dale is spot on. I've done exactly what he's recommended for you. Take a look at the "cross" buckle and just remove the strap you don't want. I love this new feature. I actually take all the straps off when riding, making all the pockets that more accessible.

Have been trying for hours to get the straps to carry the bag and not slip off my left shoulder. Cannot seem to get the plastic divider to separate the straps in the right way. My second Titleist carry bags that the straps system was horrible. I would think the company would provide some video instructions to show how to set up. But I guess
they would have to care about their customers to do this....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

If all else fails, you can get an aftermarket single strap. Although I'm not a fan, Amazon had some listed. Some for just the single D rings, top and bottom, like a Staff bag, or others with 4 straps coming off the single should strap so you can connect to 4 D rings. I got one a few years bag and either Amazon or Dick's had them on line

I agree with all above. Love the bag, but the straps drive me nuts during my round. Hard to keep the mental game strong while monkeying with straps as I walk to my next shot. I wish titleist would address with options for these premium bags.
