Deteriorating Bag Straps

    I have a 2016 Titleist Staff Stand bag and the foam inside of the shoulder straps have begun to deteriorate. There is quite a bit of unsightly amounts of black foam that gets left behind that falls out of the holes in the vented straps. Emailed Titleist customer service and got a pretty vanilla response.

    Kinda disappointed for a bag that is barely 2 years old, and has seen maybe 10-12 rounds per year.

    I HAD A STRAP FALL APART. WROTE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT WAS REPLACED AT ZERO COST. THE TITELIST FOLKS ARE FIRST CLASS PEOPLE WITH REAL---HONEST VALUES,...

    ASK WITH RESPECT. DONT MAKE DEMANDS, EVERYTHING WILL WEAR OUT WE...DO TOO. SEND THEM PICS.THEY ARE PROUD OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Awesome. Cool story bro. Good for you. Guess I wasn't as lucky in getting a free replacement. I got no complaints since the bag was outside of the warranty period anyway.

    In any case, I ended up buying a new 2018 5 way players stand bag. Loving it.
