I believe they were given to Scotty Showcase Partners. In Arizona, the Phoenician was one. They carried an expanded selection of putters for fitting and on course use.

I've seen the same standard staff bag with similar embroidered logos used for trial clubs, irons and drivers, even Vokey wedges so at a guess I'd say its been embroidered up with Scotty logos, possibly used to demo Scotty putters. This is unusual as they normally sell them off the putter stand in the Pro shops and retailers, maybe it was designed to be used for mobile trial or demo days.

Scotty Cameron has been designing and selling stand bags and staff bags for a number of years, but if you check the archive link below you'll see the one you have doesn't feature in it which leads me to think its a been designed for demo purposes.

Looks like a fitting bag. They also have one for Vokey wedges. Think these are more of a display bag for the putters and wedges.

I agree with Chuck and these are usually the cheapest Cameron Staff bags

Scotty Cameron tour golf bags are available to club members only and here is a picture of his release for 2017 and was released in May.
