    Team Titleist Concierges,

    I understand that the majority of all the shoes offered from Foot Joy are guaranteed waterproof for 2 years. What if one of my pair aren't waterproof anymore? Model # (57037) Teaching Professional saddle are within the 2 year guarantee. Can I send them back for inspection? If so, where?

    Contact your local golf course pro-shop, or footjoy authorized dealer shop. They will be able to contact your local rep and take of all shoe warrently repairs and let you know if they are covered.

    You probably need to contact FootJoy for the information about setting up an inspection. Their web page lists a 1-800 number as well as a chat option.

    Thank you for contacting us regarding your FJ golf shoes that are leaking. Our Quality Assurance Inspectors have requested that you return your shoes for warranty consideration under our 2 year waterproof warranty at your earliest convenience. Please ship your shoes to the below address along with a brief note detailing why they're being returned.  Please be sure to include the style, size and width of your shoes as well.    

    Please keep in mind that our turnaround time is roughly 10 business days.

    FJ has great customer service. I took a pair back to the retailer for premature wear. I had purchased two pair to wear in rotation, and one pair creased and cracked fairly quickly. The retailer didn't over promise for sure, but FJ sent a new replacement pair really quickly to the retailer for me to pick up. I've owned a lot of pair of FJ's, the only problem I ever had, they rectified. FJ is all I wear. They perform great, and feel great.
