Embroidery above the Titleist patch on hats, like the Tour Performance, is currently limited to our professional touring and PGA staff professionals. We will continue to monitor these requests, and should enough demand arise down the road there could be a change to the policy. It is our suggestion to purchase the hats you desire and have them embroidered locally.

I think there are some events where they will make them for you. My friend and I went to a camp where we received a black and a white cap with our names stitched on them. Otherwise, they're tour only. You could go to a dry cleaner or even a Lids store at the mall or someone skilled with embroidery and have them put your name on it. Hope this helps.
