Broken Titleist Stand Bag

    Hi Team Titleist,

    I have a problem with me less then a year old Titleist (purchased December 2015 from Amazon). Last weekend I was on the course and the bag collapse as I went to set it down. Upon further inspection it seems that, one of the support bars has come out.

    I contacted Amazon to see if it could be replaced but unfortunately they don't have any replacements in stock and can only issue a refund. It also seems the bag has been discontinued by Titleist.

    Is there any way I can return the bag to Titleist and have it repaired? I can upload a picture of the faulty bag if required.

    All Titleist golf bags carry a limited one-year warranty from the date-of-purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. If you feel your bag is defective under warranty, we ask that you please return it to your nearest authorized Titleist dealer, preferably the venue in which you purchased it from originally. If this isn't possible, you may take it to any golf course or off-course golf retailer in your area that sells our products as they will be able to set up a Return Authorization through us on your behalf.
