Curious if anyone knows the "standard" swing weight of the T100S? I'm assuming D2? Mine came stock. Project X LZ 6.0, standard grips and length. Being that every shaft weighs 120g, does this mean the swing weight changes throughout the set? I assume since every shaft weighs the same, but aren't the same length, the head weight would have to change in order for swing weight to remain constant. I bought them off the shelf at a retail dealer and didn't think to ask at the time because they felt good. And still feel good. I love these irons. I'm just curious at this point. Entered them in the "product registration" on the website but shows no specs on them.

All clubs in sets built by Titleist are adjusted to the specified swing weight. I think the standard is D2. They have weights added to the hosel to adjust as needed. The impact of the shaft is factored in the build.

I believe they use D2 standard on all irons unless a different swing weight is requested.

From my experience, you are correct. I had the same shafts, and doing some testing and swapping of shafts, I noticed they did have tip weights placed in some of the irons to make the swing weights consistent.
