  1. Hi all

Just tried to register my tsi2 3 Wood (6 months Old) and my brand new vokey SM9 wedges on the titleist website using the serial numbers on the clubs.

For the vokey wedges it was not possible to find the right wedge - it wanted to register totally different clubs as titleist SM4’s, lefthanded, wrong loft etc.

It wasn’t even possible for the system to find the 3 Wood.

Have anyone else had these problems?

Another thing is that on my vokey 50 degree it says it is assembled in China and the serial number is not stamped in the head as in the other wedges.

Bought all equipment from biggest golf retailer in the country where I’m from.

Anything to worry about? Anything to worry about?

  2. If you bought them from a genuine retailer I wouldn't worry

If you look at other clubs they are made in places like Vietnam ( png )

Did you have any concerns until you found this out ??

Your profile and this post does not say where you are from. Titleist has several assembly plants around the world (I think it is five) based on geographic locations. Make sure you are on your home site Titleist page as these serial numbers from the different plants probably are not unique. The registration is not really a "must do" if you keep your receipts. Titleist will honor the warranty for the proper time period with receipts.
  4. I know they do reuse serial numbers. Every club I have registered had 2 choices for the given SN. However one of them was always the club I was registering.
