    If I order irons .5in shorter online from titleist, will they still be the standard D2 swingweight or will they be more like a C9 swing weight?

    Those guys know their business. All you need to do is specify the desired swing weight.

    They will adjust to standard weight unless you specify differently. I would suggest being specific on your order as to what weight you want them to be built.

    They will come to C9 with a Lamkin grip. Mine have Excel RF Oversize and they are D2.
