Wow. My first assumption might be that there is a malfunction on the web page. I don't think that I would jump to the idea that Titleist was engaged in a "bush league crap" conspiracy to withhold information. All in good fun, please allow me to edit (slightly) your question:

Good points and the page is back up with all the posts back from 2020. Yeah, they were correcting something wrong with that page. Kudos to the tech department.

I'm sure this is a simple error and nothing else. I have never experienced Titleist sheltering their consumers from sharing information.

Spike, think you might be overreacting. There are a number of posts, maybe an overload, regarding delivery of products. You found one, one that states that particular post is under maintenance. Do not see an issue with anyone trying to hide anything from those of us who are loyalists on this site. We understand the issues related to the delays but yet new ones pop up every week. Titleist has been very transparent with our posts and opinions and they are ours, not theirs. With respect. Chuck

I have noticed this behavior as well. My hunch is that it has to do with the number of replies to those threads as most threads have at most 20 replies and the order delay threads are several hundred.

Sometimes it does take days for it to resolve, but I don't think much of it. This is a heavily trafficked site, there are bound to be issues. Was I angry about the poor communication, missed dates, and even lower quality information we as customers received regarding our often ridiculously long delayed orders? Heck yes. But website issues are the least of my worries.
