JB, I see that you are new to the forum, welcome. We are mostly all Titleist consumers, like yourself. We do not have access to Titleist order records and the way Titleist works is unless you buy direct, the distributor is the only one with access to your order. Some club pros are more willing to spend the time helping than the big box stores but they have the same ability to check if you press them. Since Titleist only builds a small amount of "standard" inventory for store, most of their business is personalized, custom fit orders so you get what will work best for you. That model worked well until the supply chain problems of COVID. Many shaft manufacturers are way behind in filling orders as are grip companies. Titleist does not purchase these items in mass quantities and warehouse them to keep their overhead costs down, which they can keep from passing on to consumers in higher prices. So, my suggestion would be to press the PGA Superstore you used to call for status to see if it is a shaft issue. If so, maybe consider an alternate shaft. BTW, many of the other companies are in the same situation except some that may be using bulk items that are not necessarily set to custom specifications. Sorry for your situation and hope you get it resolved.

Have you had your store check on the status? Titleist is very good about giving them the best info they have. Many things are out of Titleist control with the supply of shafts being a real issue the past year. For example KBS Shafts and several PX LZ shafts are in very tight supply, KBS may tell an OEM they are getting X amount of shafts at the end of the month, and actually only end up getting Y amount.

If you were to cancel and go with another OEM in the same shaft, you'd likely just be starting the wait over. Check with yur store, and if it is a KBS shaft, maybe you can likely find a comprable Nippon shaft.

I will also say the stock AMT shafts are very good, not sure of the delviery on those at this time.

The PGA store can track the order with Titleist.

Good luck with another OEM. With the exception of an ex-marine’s company, a combo that can ship in less 3-4 months is hit or miss with all. TT shafts and Golf Pride grips are frequently noted as in short supply. The supply chain has been particularly hard on the golf industry along with through the sky demand. Besides Titleist, there isn’t an OEM that is ok that they are on months long backlogs. A couple of my buddies ordered png in June and canceled in October. With the season ending, no sense in getting last years release for next season.

I can’t testify to the accuracy of the tv ads by the ex-marine, but it is a great sales pitch that he has inventory that others don’t.

I got my T300 ordered at the start and got them in under 2 weeks. Now adding the W to the set, and quoted 4-6 weeks. Who knows?
