Black finish 2021 T100

    Hi there,

    I have seen several pros testing or using the new 2021 T100 irons with a black finish (Cam Smith, Lanto Griffin). I noticed on the Titleist site that all the new irons are in the chrome finish.

    Has anyone heard if there will be any release of a black finish for the T100 or T100s or even the T200?

    Would love to game the 2021 T100 irons with a black finish.

    My guess it that they will eventually do a limited release black version to the public based on past releases and popularity. This is just speculation on my part, no secret intel as Titleist always holds that kind of info very quiet until actual release. A good example is today's notification on the new T-series irons. They try to let everyone know at the same time. Seems like the last black versions were released in the springtime following the original model release if I am remembering correctly.

    Thanks for the insight. I know last model they only released the black finish in the T100S and T200 irons. I hope they release it in the T100 irons this time. I guess I could also just get the S model and have the lofts bent weak.

    I think the new irons look amazing and want to get a set, but would wait a bit if they were to release them in a black finish.

    I am thinking YES because of the popularity of the dark finish.

    At this moment we have no plans to release Black irons heads, but from what we've been told we are going to be adding the MMT shafts between Q4 and Q1 of 2022.

    There was a 2018 release of black AP3’s. One can hope.

    Nope but Titleist has pretty strict rules against leaking info before an official release so if they do make them available to the general public, that info will come out at the same time in all areas of the media. Anything else would just be speculation.
