  1. How much discretionary weight is available in the clubheads throughout the T100 and T100s sets (for a custom order)?

**What are the baseline weight in grams for, say, T100 PW and 8-iron heads before weight adjustments are made?

When custom orders allow for club lengths of -4" to +2", where in/on the clubheads is weight added or removed for T100/s to accomplish desired swing weight targets?

As anyone can tell, I have "different" questions because I have unique, non-standard swing weighting requests for custom ordering. And, yes, I'm sure Titleist can meet my unique requests with custom orders, but I would like to know the specifics in advance.

    Thanks for considering.

The heads are not uniform in weight due to manufacturing variances. Titleist sorts them by weight and selects them based on swing weight specs. Hot melt is added through the hosel before the shaft is glued in place for final swing weight adjustment.
  3. Great. Thanks for the response Don.

I assumed that weight sorting different (but close) head weights was done in the direction of the target swing weight, but I didn't know that hot melt was added when weight is needed. Do you know where the hot melt ends up? Close to the hosel or can it reach the toe side? Can a toe side hot melt location be requested in a custom order?

The weight goes into the hosel and that's where it stays. Most OEM's use lead or brass tip weights to achieve final swing weight. Some also use tungsten powder in the shaft and cork it. I have seen some unusual things used by miz. png uses the CTP badge located on the back of the club. Now companies are using a combination of weight in the hosel and a toe screw i.e. png, TM, cally...
