This would be worth taking back to your authorized dealer to send to Titleist for warranty work. Even with a defect rate of 0.01%, with thousands of clubs shipped some will display defects in use. The good news is Titleist will inspect and repair/replace it to factory specs.

I had an issue with my set of October T200’s as well. My 4 iron developed a rattle, then 2 shots later the head flew off. As per Titleist, there was an epoxy issue. Call them directly and they will more than take care of the issue. Their customer service is the best.

Call customer service directly. Had this same issue on early gen T200. PW came loose and some other issues due to epoxy early on. Very satisfied with response from factory. Do not go to local retailer.

Had a problem with my early/first release T200's. 5 & 7 iron shaft came loose. Customer service, through my club pro where I purchased them was great and the problem was immediately taken care of.

Add me to the list. My 6 iron just started rattling yesterday and it’s my go to club in the bag. And just like everyone on here mine were purchased in October 2019. I’ll be giving Titleist a call tomorrow.

I have been gaming the T200's for 2 months and am on my 3rd 4 iron for the same reason. Took the club to the range hit 2 then a rattle. My replacement only lasted 2 week and hit under 50 balls and no rounds played. I would expect much better quality from a brand like Titleist, especially when you pay a lot of money for a set. I am worried if the rest of my set will be defected.

Any one have this issue resolved? Just happened with my 5 iron. Something seems loose in the head or something. Rattles only when i tap it on the ground or hit the ball.

Could be epoxy in shaft. Like everyone says call customer service. Bet if you take grip off it will fall out and problem solved. Retired Shop PGA pro I play with had same issue. That is what he did. =)

Titleist will take care of it. I work at my local golf shop and have had a couple issues with the same club, sent them to Titleist and they repaired them with no questions.

Just had my 7-iron start rattling. I took it to the local titleist retailer who I bought them through. They checked the shaft, cleaned the head out and it’s still rattling. I guess calling the customer service is the next route. For those who have sent them back, how long was the turn around for getting the club back? Also, I have had these for maybe 2 years is that going to be a problem with warranty?

Also mine 6 iron developed ratle. Club is clean not scratched anywhere and still I am waiting 3 months for any response from seller and titleist .

Add me to your list of people with new T200 irons with a rattle. My club professional recognized that there was something going on but he didn't know how to fix it. He called a vibration. A few clubs vibrate and the others don't. I'm trying to get in touch with Titleist Warranty. No luck yet.
