  1. I’m looking at switching from the Prov1x to the left dash Prov1x what is the biggest different in the 2 golf balls looking for more distance off the driver and less spin or irons but still want spin on short game shots

You need the left dash the only issue is trying to find them! Love my left dash it's a game changer.
  3. Sounds like left dash is what you need. Hoping they’re more plentiful in 2023.

As far as availability goes, the best bet for me has been either buying them direct from Titleist or PGA Superstore (also online) as the shop closest to home never has them. Titleist.com used to have a feature that you could have them alert you when they came back in stock, that feature seems like it has been removed.

Regarding the ball, if you can get your hands on some, I definitely recommend it. Been great for me off the driver and maybe it's because I added T200s and SM9s to the bag that generate more spin, I notice no difference in terms of short game spin vs. the Pro V1x. I know there is difference, but I'm striking the ball better now.
  6. I love the -1X. So long off the tee and the firm feel is perfect for me.
No issues around the green with spin either.
I did a little test last summer with V1, 1X and -1X where i hit a few of each on the same tee (quiet day on the course) and taking the best 2 of each -1X was a good 20 yards longer than 1X, 25-30 longer than V1.
The ball flight is great and reduced spin helps off the tee with my driver.

Curious if you have played the AVX yet?

I have played AVX - felt way too soft for me with driver and putter.
Good results but couldn't get past the feel. Good driver distance, lower ball flight and nice control on wedges but I really like a crisp feel and they just feel very soft.
  9. Can’t find left dash anywhere right know. Titleist website, PGA Tour Superstore, Golf Galaxy, all out of stock. Found them on Amazon. For $85 a dozen. Hope Titleist is still making them and that they are more available in 2023.
  10. Occasionally Golf Galaxy and Dick's Sporting Goods will stock them in their ProShops! Where I get mine.

Check your local golf shops. Majority of big box stores will be sold out. I found 2dz at my local small course. They had a good 10dz on the shelf.

Sure the reps are getting them for their good accounts. Support your local shops and and pros, for best results. I got some last year because I support a local shop in my area by shopping there exclusively, for fittings and all my golf needs. Loyalty pays off. After testing the new Prov1 traded the the lest dash back to them for the new Prov1s.
