    Cheers to the Customer Service Group on the east coast. Ordered some Prov1x custom #18's for my son for Christmas. FedEx Delivered them to a random home and has no clue where they are located...ARGH!!!! Customer service Group to the rescue!!! Never a doubt the best in the biz!

    Isn't FedEx able to do tracking to figure this out? Can you use the tracking number to get details?
