Over a 30 year career in advertising and marketing, I've seen the words "new and improved", countless times in product descriptions and marketing material. They might be the two most overused and over rated adjectives in product labeling, advertising campaigns and collateral material .Rarely, are they true, well intended or otherwise.

Which brings me to the Pro V1 line.

Between R&D, product development, quality control, relentless ball testing in all aspects of the game from the professional tours, rank amateurs right down the line to the muni player trying to get in 9 holes a week, the effort Titleist puts forth to bring a ball to market, and constantly trying and succeeding to improve on the original ProV1,is a testament to their success. The numbers bear that out:the most played ball in the game....,period.

New and Improved? In this case, hell yes.

I'm waiting for the 2023 Pro V1 and Pro V1x to come out. Interesting to see what changes/improvements have been made.

I was hoping to be a tester for the New Pro V1 balls, but I ran into someone who already has them so I guess I didn't make the team this year. I'm even more anxious to try them now after the report I got on it from the person who had some. WOW.

What did they have to say about them? I was really hoping to get to try them too, but saw they had the Tour playing them this coming week so guess maybe next time
  5. I am also looking forward to see what improvements are made for the 2023 versions of the ProV1 and ProV1x.

I love the Titleist line of Prov golf ball and play them, but what I need is a new and improved body. Think R&D can help me out. Just thinking out loud. No worries guys, life is good.
