Vintage Titleist Golf Ball

    Any idea what the age or year of production is for this Titleist ball would be. I bough this years ago and have never seen another one since with this style of script.

    Thats an awesome looking ball! Id like to know the year as well. Hopefully someone on here can come up with some information

    Did a little research looking specifically for a Titleist golf ball. Found a Titleist Acushnet ball from the 1930s that looked very similar to this ball but did not see the Titleist logo on it but the dots and the dimple pattern the same, the "Green Ray". Also saw a Wilson golf ball from the same era with the same dimple pattern. Am no expert on golf balls, but the balls are similar in appearance online. It looks somewhat like an old Maxfli blue dot.

    I think that was the Acushnet experts ball back in the 40's.

    It looks like you have a splendid collection of golf balls, Robert. Have you got more vintage Titleist golf balls?
