I'll use the MySpy Golf experts that review all the commercial products, including many of the Direct to Consumer products. Their axioms:
1. Lower compression balls simply don't go as far.
2. Maximum spin around greens needs a urethane cover. Less compression with a firmer ball will generate more spin.
So, it may take a few more cycles to get to your ideal ball, but is not available today. And may also be the impossible design.

I retired this year and one of my co-workers that recently took up golf gave me a present of the "soccer ball" design of "the golf ball that changed the ball". Softer than my Pro-V1/Pro-V1 balls. Playing with him for the first time, my 3/4 pitch shots rolled through the green all day. First Tee is getting the balance.

There used to be tour only specs like the pro V Diamond and star I believe but not sure anything like this is still a thing outside of the range available on the website?
