  1. I got an email from Titleist yesterday that said they had a new - Pro V1X. Is there a new version? In the image in the email, the side stamp looks exactly like the previous generation. Can anyone confirm and has anyone had the opportunity to try it yet? I love the version I bought last year. Are these even longer? The old version was already crazy long.

  2. I only know of the current version, but absolutely love it! Seems longer with much less side spin off driver. I also prefer the mid ball flight. My only wish for this ball is that we could order custom play numbers like with other ProV1 balls.

The current version of Pro-V1 and Pro-V1x were released in January, 2021. These are 2 year cycles, so what was sold in 2020 was the January 2019 release.

The current Left Dash is the only public released version. It has previously been available for tour pros. Titleist has not announced a next version.

The new X has a new dimple pattern and a slightly softer feel. I’ve found it fits my game better than the 2019 V. The short game spin rate is higher and helps holding greens. Each will find a ball that meets their needs.
  4. I had a golf ball fitting a couple weeks ago. I too had never heard of the ProV1x left dash. I have been going back and forth with the AVX for more distance, and using the ProV1x when I need more stopping power. Turns out Titleist was already thinking of guys like me. The Left Dash has more distance apparently than the ProV1x and more spin and stopping power on the greens. I ordered 4 boxes during the loyalty program last month. I live in Ontario, we are not allowed to golf right now. Hopefully soon.
  5. My apologies, I must have not asked the question the way I thought I had. I have played the left dash for almost a year now. When I received the email last week stating “The All-New Pro V1x Left Dash”, I thought they were saying they had a 2021 version. I was asking if they did in fact have a new version because the side stamp in the picture looks just like the version I’ve been playing for a while now.

I actually switched to the 2021 Pro V1x recently because it plays a little better for me, but if there was a new left dash, I was going to give it a shot. Since there does not appear to be a new generation of the left dash, that email title may have been a little misleading. I’ll probably stick with the Pro V1x for now. It feels just a little better off my mid to long irons.
  6. the current left dash is a few years old already so it wouldnt shock me if a new one was being designed and ready for release. Its a niche ball right now but titleist is leading the charge and creating a "new market" for this ball. Along with CS LS and a new TM ball that is being designed to take the place of the 2019 TP5X, we are seeing a whole new market of firm, high launch low spin balls....and left dash leads the way......
