New Test Balls

    Got home a couple weeks ago to a package at my front door. Didn’t remember ordering anything and to my surprise I saw Acushnet Golf on the packaging and couldn’t wait to open it. I was selected to test new golf balls designed for wet conditions! One sleeve with a square logo and one sleeve with a triangle logo. Oddly I liked the simplicity of the logo’s! Took them out for testing. Played 18 holes with each sleeve comparing to my gamer Pro V1X balls. Both were great feeling and performing golf balls as we have all come to expect from Titleist! Has anyone else tested these balls? If so, what was your experience?

    Just wanted to saw thank you to Team Titleist for allowing me to participate in this testing. Honored to be able to put my two cents into the making of the next line of balls!

    Good for you NJORTEGO. Nice that you are taking the testing seriously. I too have had the honor in the past (not lately) to test some of their golf balls and like you, am always glad to do a thorough evaluation. Not sure i would be any help testing wet weather balls here in San Diego (unless the sprinklers were running).

    They should send some of those here to the midwest. This spring has got to be one of the wettest in recent memory.

    I have tested balls before and took what I was supposed to do seriously. My nature to not let Titleist down. Since they trusted me to test the balls I gave it my all. Taking notes and be diligent. But not lately. :(

    It sure feels cool to be selected. I too was selected this year.
    I also put the test balls up against my gamer, and now they sit on a rack in my kitchen for me to look at when cooking :)

    yeah I got selected last year and it was great. Its funny playing a ball that you have little or no expectations for. It really shows you how your game stacks up lol

    Can't believe the performance of the wet weather test balls. The one with the diamond is unreal. Wet or dry, it is straight and long. The problem is that Titleist won't tell you what ball it is.

    Played today using only the diamond ball. This has got to be the best ball I have ever played. 4 par 4's a drive and a wedge. No rain using a low spin driver with a 60 x stiff Graphic Design G series red shaft the ball just keep rolling. Had to use a 65* wedge to get it to stop on the greens. I wouldn't sell tgese 3 balls for a $100.00. Got to find out what make they are. Please help Team Titleist.
