I've just rediscovered c 30 year old balls that are 1.80" in size that I used when I was young.

Memories come back of how easy they were when I was very small, weak and learning the game to get a ball in the air and now I'm much older how hard they are to putt into the hole.

Any thoughts about making something like this? They seem to be a great double act of fantastic for beginners of all ages to get some confidence and for everyone as a must have putting aid.

Being a non-conforming ball, not likely. That's a lot of development money for a small niche market, not to mention confusion in the market place if the Titleist name was on it. Programs like the First Tee would need to be in favor, and it is as likely as someone bringing back balata balls.

Titleist's name associated with what could be a ball that helps youngsters into the game and a great putting aid for those already hooked......I can't see why that would be a bad idea. Maybe call it the Pro V1 XL? Non conforming accepted and no need to spend billions on covers and cores, just make a larger ball that plays vaguely like a ball.
