Yes it is. I have been lucky enough to test two sleeves of balls. I thought it was

awesome to be included in the test. Perhaps Team Titleist could buy the balls, find out

who is selling them, and remove them from further tests.

yeah i been lucky to get couple sleeves myself and texted can't help but think that i had a hand in the success of some titleist pros and think of it as a great honor to test balls

I have to admit, my last sleeve is on a shelf next to my trophies, never to be used...LOL. I'm fortunate that a buddy also got a sleeve, so I used his. Love being a Team Member!!

that upsets me somewhat.....I feel like I had some feedback in the overall process. I was lucky enough to receive one sleeve last year and enjoyed the experience.

It is very unfortunate if the balls were like new and not used.  The whole purpose was for testing.  I want to also say how much I appreciate the testing of the golf balls with Titleist -- a really fantastic way of integrating their customers (fans) with the product.

I too seen test balls for sale on ebay and was upset I've tested balls in the past and still have a few left over and would never sell them
  11. It is a sad commentary on people in the community that want to be part of testing then turn around and sell items for profit....

    Just my two cents...

Funny how such an honor can be turned into greed and for profit shenanigans. Loved being able to be a part of the process, and hope I get the chance in the future also. It was one of the best things to happen to me in a long time. Just being asked to be involved in such an important exercise is something most people never get a chance to experience...

My Fellow Titleist Enthusiast, I think my earlier post was lost on the internet. Anyway, what I wanted to say was we as TEAM Titleist members should try to ignore what the other person is trying to sell on EBay. I know its a hard pill to swallow. We are a group of people who are part of a company that lets us common folk help with the R&D process. We get rewarded with surprise packages in the mail and its great. The guy who is selling the stuff is the "hacker", the "true duffer". He's the person who would move the ball if it was in the divot, he won't count every stroke. He's not honest, no integrity at all. He won't turn in the "low score" card after a good round to keep his handicap high for the next tournament. He just wants to make the fast buck. You know the guy. This is a Gentlemen/woman's game. We get to use reputable equipment just like Adam S., Jimmy W., Jason D., Jordon S., Brookes K., and many, many, more. Let's rise above, enjoy the Masters and cheer for our fellow ambassadors.....

Yes....it is sad...like you guys...I was honored and lucky enough to receive sleeves over the last couple of years to try out.....I would NEVER think of doing something like that.  They were sent to us to try so the people at TITLEIST could use our feedback to improve their product....not sell it on EBAY or other places.  So very sad......they should be banned from here or from EVER getting product again.

My fear is that if this sort of thing keeps occurring, the loyalty program will cease to exist.  Which will be disappointing to say the least.  There are no positives only negatives to this issue.  Having been to Team Titleist events they are well organized and very informative.  Having met the crew they are very personable and care about the brand.  I hope the actions of few don't ruin it for the rest.

    Thanks

I agree -very disappointing. I think it is terrific that Titleist seek feedback from 'ordinary'players and hope this does not spoil it for the future.

Its very sad chris. Not to many people in this world get the chance to test golf balls for such a major brand, Titleist is giving the community an awsome opportunity and people think they can make a profit off of it. It is very horrible. Titleist should ban those people.

    Just My opinion.
