Golf has been a passion of mine for over 20 years. Thirteen years ago I had a set of clubs “made” for me and have loved using them. However, I have noticed when hitting friends’ clubs I was getting another 15 – 20 yards over my own club. Got me to thinking…
My initial appointment with Kathy Stecyk was over 2 hours in length. She took the extra time needed to change shafts and heads and record my shots. After about 2 ½ hours, we were still not finished…both of us are perfectionists.
I came back for a follow up appointment to complete the fitting – we were attempting to fit hybrids and then wedges. The one shaft that had been missing this entire time was the Diamana Alima A Flex. I am a strong woman player, and we found the men’s regular shafts were just a bit too stiff, and the ladies shafts all too flimsy. Once we finished with this appointment, Kathy asked if I could hold off on ordering my clubs until the A Flex arrived and we could try it out. A week later we were back on the driving range, and the A Flex worked perfectly! The results on the computer (and in the “feel” I had hitting balls) showed us that this is the shaft for me.
Kathy put together a suggested list of clubs for me to purchase. They are now in my possession and I love them.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kathy’s knowledge around the Trackman technology, as well as her years of accumulated knowledge around golf swings. She explained in detail what we were doing and showed me the results on the computer, explaining what they meant and how we were going to find the perfect clubs. I have already recommended her to a few friends. As well, I will be taking lessons from her this spring – she impressed me that much!!
Just wanted you to know what a gem she is. We strong women golfers need someone like Kathy to help us find the right shafts for our games.
