When I purchased my AP2's the person that fitted them told me the standard grips should be fine, but since this time I am being told they should be built up at least a couple wraps.  I have several questions.

1) In the past when I purchased new clubs the grip adjustment had been included in the price, is this typical?

2) Is two wraps typically enough to correct the soft hook I am suffering with, or should a person look at 2 on the left and 4 on the right. 

3) If the grips are still good, can they be reused, and if so how do they do it.

4) The grips I had put on my woods seem thicker, they are the golf pride tour wrap, are they thicker, or are all standard grips identical in diameter.
